日本人がオーナーだった時と比較してはいけない。海外はこういうモノ + スタッフの皆さんの笑顔がよかった 日本語を「少し話せる」男性スタッフさんが朝食を２回届けてくれたが、かわいらしい笑顔が印象的だった ヴィラ全体に経年劣化はあるが、プールはどこかの年に新しくしたのかキレイだった − バスタブでゆっくりお風呂につかるのを大きく期待していたのに、お湯がチョロチョロしか出なかった。「お湯をためるときは最初は冷たいままの水で後半はお湯に変えて…」という謎の但し書きがあったが、それどころではなく、お湯が溜まる間にどんどん冷たくなるし、初日に諦めました。これは非常にがっかりだし、設備の「バスタブ」は消すべきレベルだと思います 朝食がカフェメニューでおしゃれだったが、インドネシア料理も選択肢にあるといい。インドネシアなのだから。（ブブールアヤムを期待していたけどなくて残念） 環境のためだから仕方がないとはいえ、リネンの交換が「２日おき」。３泊したが、ローブは初日にクローゼットにあった２着のみで、その後１回も新しくならなかった。バスタブに入れても取り上げられて改めてフックに掛かっているだけだった。シーツや枕も同様なので気になりました…。（自分がチェックインしたときは新調されていたのだろうか？とも思いました。吸収力のないバスタオルがあったので）

Good location but... + Positives - Great location. Close to main streets. 15 min walk to beach. Villa pool was a,good size. − Negatives- Lobby, main walkway, gardens and villas need a refurb, esp the villa bathrooms. They have no aircon, so you get hot each time you have to go in. Mozies in bathroom. Villas really showing their age.

Sadly disappointing + The bedroom was nice and the bed appeared large and comfortable. Unfortunately, we didn’t stay long enough to experience much more of the property. The real positive was the lovely young staff member who assisted us, his professionalism was the only positive of our experience. − Unfortunately, the property was very different from what we expected, based on the online photos. The main entrance, looked unkept and run down. The villa felt tired and neglected. Inside the villa, the concrete was flaking, with chipped paint on the boundary walls, ageing bamboo fencing, dirty outdoor and pool areas, old furniture and an unkept garden. We genuinely don’t have high expectations, but the overall condition was disappointing enough that we decided within minutes that we couldn’t stay. Will definitely be back! + The property was absolutely beautiful with the great staff to go with it! − It was mosquito time during our time ln bali and because of the beautiful open villa there was lots however the staff were exceptional. Without us bothering to ask or tell them the issue ( because mosquitos are not there issue) the staff were coming to every villa with coils and repellent to help the issue and make sure the mosquito nets around the bed were down. They were great at noticing and helping the issue. But there was nothing about the property we did not love.

Good location, nice people but a tired looking villa + The location was good, the villa was private and quiet. − The aircon was not working properly making it uncomfortable, particularly at night to sleep. The Villa needs a deep clean and walls need repainting. The sun lounges need cushions.

Stay Elsewhere + Space good. Breakfast at Amber excellent. − The pool was full of algea on walls. Water tasted awfu. Sheets and towels only changed when made to. Garden not cared for so many plants dying. Tiles cleaned with water from pool...so walk without shoes get black feet. BLINDS dont work ..so cant open them for light and they need replacing. Kettle wont turn off so could be dangerous. Property needs to be totally refurbished, such a shame.
