+ Stayed for the 2nd time. Still a fantastic place to rest. Best location and view on the island. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Will be back again soon − Everything was fine. Good place for adults that want to rest and aren't scared of a gecko or two

+ The location was fantastic and the staff were awesome − Had 2 rooms. 1 didn't have a security safe. Air conditioners could do with being replaced

Excellent location and friendly staff + The cliff top view was spectacular! The seclusion of the location, it was very private. Going to sleep to the sound of the waves was lovely. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice and the coffee was the best in Bali so far! − The facilities were very run-down and even somewhat delapidated which is such a shame because the location is fantastic!

we will be back to this fabulous place love hanging in the pool + the location is fabulous rolling waves and great view , bed was comfy air con quiet , wayan is very helpful that was are 2 nd time staying won't be the last , it's quiet and love the pool − the property is a little run down but if you focus on the view it's ok ( otherwise nothing to dislike )

awsome our happy place + the view location staff especially wayan , sleeping to the sound of waves peaceful and quiet side of island , pool is great view is awsome , we have stayed twice looking forward to next year visit − would be even better with a little fix up

Great location - terrible amenities + The location was superb - amazing view. One of the best in the island. Place has potential if managed properly. Comfortable bed. − Property is run down and needs some serious care/maintenance. One cannot use the beautiful deck - as furniture was not allowed on it. You can only stand on it…. Bathrooms were gross - see pictures. Common areas warn through - photos from 2016. Stains on beddings, cushion covers. There is no entrance - looks like your entering through a back door - zero assistance.

The Best location on Lembongan + We would stay here again in an instant . The location is the best on Lembongan and there are million dollar views. The pool is crystal clear and maintenance is excellent. Sunsets here are the best on the island and there are 180deg views. The rooms are simple but clean and the staff are amazing. Breakfast is simple but delicious. − The only thing this property needs is a re paint and it would be next level. We understand that it would be hard being right on the ocean and this did not detract us from our stay .

Een super locatie met heel veel goede punten maar met wat liefde zou het voortreffelijk kunnen zijn + Het uitzicht en het zwembad was fenomenaal. De laatste ochtend zagen we dolfijn zwemmen bij het ontbijt. Ik heb op deze bedden het lekkerste geslapen tot nu toe van de vakantie. Kamers mooi ruim. − Het sanitair was echt aan vervanging toe en een likje verf overal zou een verschil kunnen maken. Ontbijt prima maar met een stukje fruit erbij zou t meer dan prima zijn.

Na 1 nacht weggegaan, terwijl we voor drie nachten geboekt hadden + Het uitzicht was prachtig, maar daar is alles mee gezegd. − Er was 1 persoon die de sleutel gaf en dat was het. Te vies voor worden en totaal geen onderhoud. Ik begrijp de positieve reviews totaal niet

Pretend you’re jn a tent or a low budget caravan and you’ll be grand. + The views and sounds of the waves hitting the cliffs are spectacular − You need to completely lower your expectations and think this is slightly Better than a tent. It’s not great. But the views are amazing.

Will be back. + The cliff front huts are amazing. The constant pounding of the ocean is so loud and soothing .very big comfy beds with mozzie net. Cold ac. − Road in is terrible and bumpy. First impression of hotel from outside is awful. But inside is beautiful. Bathroom sliding door almost impossible to open close.

Sunsets, views, rustic and charming + Location and incredible views from everywhere ❤️ uninterrupted view from pool, view from room was perfect. Walking distance to restaurant and the best spa! Rustic, charming and quiet. Read the reviews and if you’re after a gem of a place that’s more of a cubic zirconia than a diamond then this is the place for you. No bugs, good shower, views, sunsets, relaxation − if you’re after 5star then go elsewhere. I loved it.
