+ Great facilities , clean and as pictured. − Paid 40000 won for hot water in the private pool in cash on arrival . However the hot water went cold almost immediately. The host rushed us into the room on arrival and was not to be seen again . This is not the hosts fault however beware of QR code for meal delivery . We paid delivery fee on the app however when the driver arrived he demanded we pay an extra 18000 due to distance , even entering our room in the process , would recommend picking up food or cooking on the way . The QR code stopped working after our order and we were unable to report the driver . Were it not for the above scams I would have rated the property a 9.

Praktische Unterkunft für 1-2 Tage Sightseeing + Nette Unterkunft, Lage für Besichtigungen sehr gut (wenn man ein Auto hat), kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vor der Unterkunft − Zimmer etwas hellhörig, auf der Empore konnten wir nicht aufrecht stehen, dort waren aber zwei der Doppelbetten, unteres Schlafzimmer etwas dunkel

Almost paradise + The place has everything, it’s very welcoming at first : very well decorated around the outdoor pool and our family room was amazing: clean, large and comfy. − You have to call to get someone, the person just showed us the room (basically just gave us the key and left as quickly as she arrived). We were asked a few hours before our arrival to confirm by email whether the pool inside our room was to be warmed up. Of course, we said yes. A second email informed us this will be done and that an extra fee of 40,000 won will be charged. I immediately replied that this was finally not necessary as we thought it would be for free - after all we paid for a room with an inside pool! We never had our answer as to whether this was an extra fee or not - maybe something to check upfront if you do not want to be disappointed. This is too bad as this place has literally everything except for a warm welcome and some options for breakfast/coffee. You have nice tables and chairs aroun…

Voldoende. + Locatie zeer goed − Niet vriendelijk, ze spreken geen Engels en niet echt moeite. Het is zo een beetje van wikken en niet kunnen. Ze doen hun best maar het is allemaal maar zo half. In het tuintje staan bijv nog veel vuiligheid enzo… Zwembad niet verwarmd.

+ Parkeren bij accommodatie, accommodatie was schoon, bedden zijn prima. − Foto's zijn veel mooier dan de werkelijkheid. Zwembad binnen en buiten is niet verwarmd. Heel gehorig. Heel de nacht de bovenburen kunnen horen.

Geweldig + Het was een heel mooi huisje in een bijzonder gebouw, de bedden waren erg comfortabel en er was een klein privezwembadje op het terras en een groot zwembad voor de deur. In de omgeving was veel te doen. De accomodatie was erg groot met een hele fijne douche in de badkamer en een grote keuken waar alles aanwezig was. − Het ligt wat afgelegen, je moet wel een auto hebben.

Joli logement dans les environs de Gyeongju + L'hôtel est très agréable avec une piscine commune centrale à tous les appartements et une piscine individuelle. Le logement est grand. La literie est très confortable. − Le logement est assez loin de Gyeongju et des lieux à visiter. Néanmoins un bus permet d'y accéder.

+ A cold indoor pool was good for waking up myself. It is not the size for swimming but probably ok size for 2-3 years old playing. Outdoor swimming pool had good temperature. My kids (8, 10, 12 years old) had fun.

+ As a big group this was a great location. It is in a rural area surrounded by other villas with all similar vibes . We brought in food and were able to BBQ for dinner and cook for breakfast. It was very quiet and the kids all enjoyed swimming. The staff lady was very accommodating and kids and was able to group our group close together. It was a very relaxing and fun stay away from downtown.

Voiture obligatoire, sinon c'est très bien. + Tout − L'emplacement, Loin de la ville, sans voiture ce fut compliqué. Il faut obligatoirement avoir un véhicule.
