Lovely view of sunrise, friendly staff and the hotel decoration + The decoration of the room and the area is so beautiful, friendly staff and have welcoming drinks also. Btw thank you for the decoration ‘happy anniversary’ in the room. Love it 🥰 − There is a few item looks old to me such as their table, the wall have cracking, the curtain also have stain. And the beach only for the view 😅

Gutes Appartment für Scooter-Reisende + Gutes Frühstück Badewanne Pool Meerblick (wenn auch nur seitlich) − Lage: alle die sich nicht zutrauen selbst mit dem Scooter zu fahren sind hier ziemlich eingeschränkt - Taxis sind in Nusa Penida sehr teuer und Online-Transportdienste wie Grab funktionieren auf der Insel nicht! Gesamte Anlage etwas in die Jahre gekommen

La ubicación no es de la mejor, el centro queda bastante lejos y si no manejas moto es difícil trasladarse dado que no hay Grab en Nusa Penida. − El desayuno tiene muy pocas opciones, ni siquiera tienen leche para cortar el cafecito. Más allá de eso, todo bien.

They were not able to fix the issue. Finally we were moved to bigger room where there was additional fan so we could somehow manage

− My stay at Ocean Terrace Suite and Spa was extremely disappointing. While the location is genuinely excellent, that’s unfortunately where the positives end. The property is very poorly maintained and lacks even the most basic hospitality standards. There is no manager on-site, minimal staff, no room service, and not even a telephone in the room. Every time you need assistance, you’re forced to walk down two floors to the reception — which becomes frustrating very quickly. The most alarming experience was when I got locked inside the washroom due to a faulty sliding door. I was stuck for nearly 45 minutes. There was no urgency or proper response from the staff. When someone finally came to help, they didn’t even have basic tools — they were literally using a stone to fix the door mechanism. That tells you everything about the level of maintenance here. This isn’t just inconvenience — it’s a serious safety concern. Overall, this property needs immediate attention from the owner. Basic…
