Un très beau séjour dans un cadre magnifique, avec un personnel adorable. + Nous avons vraiment passé un excellent séjour au Yanandra Bali Resort. La villa était très agréable, propre et confortable, le cadre magnifique, et le personnel toujours souriant, gentil et très attentionné. Le petit-déjeuner et la nourriture étaient aussi très bons, avec une ambiance calme et reposante. − Franchement, rien de particulier à signaler. Tout s’est très bien passé pendant notre séjour. Peut-être simplement prévoir un peu plus d’options au petit-déjeuner, mais cela reste un détail.

Peaceful get away... + Just so peaceful! Beautiful set up, lovely swimming pool. The air conditioning is wonderfully quiet - dont under estimate how important this is! You can really have peaceful sleeps. I absolutely loved my stay and the staff were perfect. Nearby Balangan beach is good but generally quite rough for swimming as it is a surf beach just fyi. Great coffee nearby at a cafe called porth. They also have a very good onsite restaurant here too. − Nothing really! You pay for what you get here. I'm glad I splashed out on this beautiful accommodation.

Loved our stay, would return in a heart beat if we came back to Bali. Will recommend to family and friends! + Nice and quiet location, outside the hustle and bustle of Uluwatu. Great breakfast, beautiful pool and exceptionally kind and attentive staff. We arranged an airport pick up which took the stress out of arriving.

Nice staff + The place was lovely and the staff were helpful . Breaky very tasty. − The lighting in the room was very poor and they only had one adaptor for us to use for the connector which made it tricky when working on our computers. It was rather noisy of a night time which made it tricky to get a good nights sleep and the location was further out than we had expected which made it tricky when we wanted to go somewhere. It wasnt a nice/ safe area to wander around with the traffic flow .

مريحة وهادئة + المنتجع:- جميل جداً ونظيف ليس كبيرا و هذا الافضل غير مزدحم هادئ المطعم :- الاكل والمشروبات متنوعة ولذيذة. الاستقبال:-اجراءات الدخول والخروج سهلة جداً . طاقم العمل الموظفات أجمل مافي المكان يتميزن بالاحترافية و السرعة والتنظيم والنظافة دائماً مبتسمات و ودودات و اشكرهن جداً لأخلاقهن العالية وأمانتهن وتقديم المساعدة بكل صدر رحب . كانت رحلتي المغادرة في الصباح فجهزت لي الموظفة الفطور بما ان ثمنه مدفوع واعطته لحارس الأمن ليسلمه لي اثناء خروجي لاني خرجت الساعة 3 فجراً . شكراً لكم بارك الله فيكم . − الموقع :- بالرغم من ان الموقع قريب من الشاطئ وممكن الذهاب اليه مشي لكن كأسرة خليجية محافظة كان الشاطئ غير مناسب لنا ،ممكن أن يناسب الآخرين ممن يستمتعون بركوب الأمواج او السباحة . لكني استمتعت بمنظر الغروب كان جمييييل جداً .جداً.

Sehr schönes Hotel, wir würden wieder kommen. + Die Anlage ist wirklich toll gestaltet und sehr gemütlich, das Frühstück ist wirklich sehr lecker und toll angerichtet. Das Personal ist immer sehr freundlich. Wir konnten über das Hotel ganz problemlos einen super Roller mieten. − Wir sind spät abends angekommen und waren einfach müde, sodass wir das Zimmer welches wir bekommen haben einfach hingenommen haben. Am nächsten Morgen haben wir an der Rezeption nachgefragt weil wir nicht das gebuchte Zimmer erhalten haben. Dort teilte man uns mit, dass wir ein Upgrade erhalten hätten - für uns war es kein Upgrade und wir wären gerne vorab darüber informiert worden und hätten die Wahl gerne selbst getroffen. Es war trotzdem kein Problem einen Tag später in die gebuchte Unterkunft zu ziehen - dort fühlten wir uns viel wohler.
