Vergane glorie + Het was leuk dat we een eigen zwembad hadden. De locatie was ook leuk. In de buurt enkele straatjes met leuke winkeltjes en restaurantjes. Als je het personeel ergens om vroeg, was alles mogelijk en waren ze heel aardig. − Deze villa heeft ooit (2015) een award gehad, en teert daar nog op. Ik begrijp dat hier in Yogyakarta het vocht en de temperatuur snel zorgen voor schimmel, maar dit viel enorm tegen. Ze leggen wc-blokjes onder het bed om de geur te maskeren, maar die 'verfrissende geur' is ook niet lekker. Ontbijt hebben we 1 keer genomen, maar daarna niet meer. Pannenkoek met banaan was niet te eten en het verse fruit was al bruin. De 'keuken' had 2 borden, 3 kopjes en een paar vorken. Daar valt zelf niets mee te doen. Het voelde ook niet schoon.

Een huis met potentie maar wordt niet waargemaakt + De locatie. Je kon gemakkelijk lopen naar leuke restaurants. − Het heeft de potentie om een parel te zijn. Maar daarvoor is het onderhoud, de kwaliteit van schoonmaken, de gastvrijheid en het interieur onvoldoende. Het heeft verf nodig, onderhoud van tuin, schimmel weghalen in badkamer, toilet lekt, basic ontbijt, vies en onvoldoende keukenspullen, heel vieze toiletborstel e.d. Als het huis zou worden opgeknapt en goed wordt schoongemaakt, zou het zeker een goed verblijf kunnen zijn.

Un Homestay parfait pour se détendre et découvrir Yogyakarta + La Villa Bougenville est idéalement placée, proche du quartier des restaurants, accessibles à pied facilement tout en étant au calme. La suite de 2 chambres, avec cuisine extérieure et piscine nous a ravis pendant nos 5 jours à Yogyakarta. La literie est confortable, la salle de bains propre et le personnel attentionné.

Séjour très agréable + Le logement est très sympa, la piscine aussi. Les chambres sont grandes et il y a de la place. Le personnel est très disponible et sympathique. Ils nous ont donné des renseignements très précieux. Possibilité de faire une machine egalement. Et gros big up a Joko, le chauffeur de la villa. − Tout est bien, juste penser à prendre des boules quies car l’appel à la prière vers 4/5h risque de vous réveiller

Too expensive for what they offer − The accomodation has potential, but firstly they should clean it from the ground to the roof. The same goes also for garden part. Everything looks very neglected. Everything you thouch is sticky and full of dust. The pool part is also story for itself. Aside frogs that are plenty(i can understand this as everything is green around) there is definitely need to have a gardener to clean and cut some bushes arond. So overall, the price is definitely too high for accommodation that they offer .

Your private villa in the heart of the city + Location, private pool, clean bathroom, almost unsweetened yogurt with muesli as an option for breakfast. − The villa needs some renovation and repair (the terrace roof is leaking, not all outlets in the rooms are working).

Avoid at all costs! If not renovated or better maintained I am afraid will go out of business. + Nothing to like here, villa is a bit different than in the real pictures, smaller, not so clean, small garden, full of mosquitos. The customer service guy was very welcoming, and accepted to cancel the booking with not extra costs (despite the villa's policy of no money back when booking). − Arrived with 2 kids in the evening, after 5 min of entering we had to cancel. We noticed a very strong perfume smell, had health issues staying inside, eyes watering, hard to breath. The guy offered another villa next to it, but once we entered we knew exactly why the perfume was so strong in our 1st location: to cover the dump smell, it was awful, because of the humidity and not keeping the rooms aerated properly all the time they is a moisture dump smell all over. If the place had only been 30% of its fotos, it would have been a nice location. + In general it would be a nice place, with the apartments in the middle of many plants and trees. The pool of our apartment was private and out of sight of other visitors. − The whole area seems not well maintained. Very dirty, old and dirty bath equipment. I don't know, when the outside kitchen has been cleaned the last time. A huge stain spot on the ceiling of the bathroom, (fresh?) water was leaking from the toilet, flowing over the floor to the shower. One wall outlet next to the bed was dead. Someone could have fetched the leaves out of the pool, before we arrived. We didn't see any other visitors, so there wasn't too much to do. But when we left the breakfast table to go for a walk and came back 2h later, our remains were still not taken from the table. Séjour agréable à la Villa Bougenville + Une villa au calme proche des restaurants. Piscine privée de la villa très appréciable. Bonne literie et aussi. Personnel très gentil et donne de nombreux conseil. − La climatisation de la chambre avec le lit double avait du mal à fonctionner contrairement à la chambre des enfants

+ Refreshing pool in front of the room, clean with little use of chemical.. My friend usely can't swim because of chlorine.. This time 💯👌 Quite place in the middle of town Breakfast was simple but excellent − Some mosquitoes in the evening.. But they give you repellent for free.. That helps
