+ Location was excellent to be able to walk to many places in Seogwipo. Public parking lot close by. Lots of great restaurants and coffee joints around. Very quiet room and the view was fantastic.

A quiet, comfortable stay with limited parking and minimal shops within walking distance. + It was a very comfortable stay, even with fully self check-in and check-out. The owner was responsive via the Booking app and initially provided only three coffee capsules, but more were provided the next day after we messaged them. There is no room service, but basic items were replenished daily by leaving them at the doorstep. Everything was clean, and there was a washing machine with laundry detergent available. The stay was so comfortable that we didn’t feel like going out, and the view was lovely. − There are only four parking slots, two in the front and two in the back, which means you might end up blocking the car behind you. The owner mentioned that you could look for other parking, but no accurate location was provided. We ended up parking on the roadside, which required a short walk. We visited during the non-peak season, so it was still acceptable. There is nothing within walking …

+ Location is suitable for my purpose, it is a little away from the center of Seogwipo but could still be accessible within walking distance. A few convenience stores nearby. Ample road side parking available around the property. Shared kitchenette and the washer is available on every floor of the property. There's a coin-laundromat at the ground floor of this hotel. Used the dryer here after the washer use in the hotel. − Could consider providing small knife in the kitchenette. Was lacking this as this was needed for cutting fruits. :)

Gute Unterkunft + Es hat alles gut gepasst. Das Bett ist sehr hart, was ich aber toll fand. Parkplätze vor der Tür, gute Lage. Sauber. − Mir fehlt in Korea allgemein ein Schrank im Zimmer. Man lebt quasi aus dem Koffer oder drapiert alles auf dem Schreibtisch.

층간 소음을 견딜수 있다면 좋은 숙소. + 다이빙 하기 딱 좋은 위치 입니다. 주변에 다이빙 샵이 많습니다. 편의점도 근처에 있어서 이용하기 좋습니다 5층을 배정받았는데, 뷰도 괜찮았습니다. 넓은 원룸 형식의 방입니다. 침대 두개가 들어가있어도, 넓습니다. 전체적으로 청결하고, 어메니티도 좋습니다. − 정말 다 좋았는데, 층간소음 하나도 모든 점수를 까먹는 숙소입니다. 제가 그렇게 민감한 편이 아니라서 왠만한 층간소음은 견디는데, 이건 못견딜 정도였습니다. 사람 발망치 소리가 사람 미치게 하더라구요. 호스트에게 말씀드렸더니, 양해바란다고 하고 다른 처리가 없더군요. 어쩔 수 없이 제가 직접 올라가서 말했더니 중국인이더군요. 다행히 영어로 대화가 통해서 조용히 해달라고 하니 미안하다고 하면서 확실히 소음이 줄더군요. 하지만 다음날 다른 숙박객의 층간소음은 마찬가지였습니다. 진짜 층간소음때문에 머리가 울리고, 심장이 뛰는 경험을 했습니다. 이정도 층간소음이면 숙소측에서 슬리퍼정도는 배치하고, 층간소음에 대한 안내문 정도는 붙여놔야 할 것 같습니다. 시설이나 청결함 등 모든 것이 좋았지만, 층간 소음때문에 최악의 숙소가 됐습니다.
