완전 가성비 굿!!! 재방문 의사 백퍼!! + 가성비 완전 짱인 호텔!!! 숙소가 넓고 산책로가 너무 잘 되어있어서 리조트 산책하기 넘 좋았어요.동물 먹이주기도 색다른 경험이었어요~~ − 화장실 세면대 물이 잘 안내려가더라구요. 수시로 점검이 필요할듯 했어요.

초롱이와 함께한 2025년 여름 휴가 + 1. 아침식사로 부페는 깔끔하고 맛이 좋았습니다. 추천해요~ 2. 주변 자연경관이 참 고즈넉하고 날씨도 무덥지 않아 취침때 에어컨도 키지 않고 숙면을 취할수 있어 넘 좋았습니다. 서울에서 살인적인 무더위 열대야로 에어컨 없이는 잠을 이루지 못했었거든요~ 3. 펫 파크가 숙소 바로 앞에 있어 초롱이 신나게 놀았습니다. − 1. 실발장이 없고 실내화가 없어 불편 2. 방충망이 벌어져 있어 모기가~ㅠㅠ 3. 그릇 상태가 청결하지 않음. 4. 편의점이 작아서 물건이 다양하지 않음. 5. 전체적으로 연식이 있는 건물이라 욕실내 곰팡이, 거실내 반려동물 냄새가 많이 배여 있음.

VALUE FOR YOUR MONEY FOR AN EXCEPTIONAL HOTEL + Kensington resort exceeded my expectations by 1000%. If I could give more than 10 points, it will be 1000 points. Value for your money (the lodge I rented is huge by comparison to typical Korean hotels), very clean, very large living room and nice kitchen. We arrived late due to flight delay and the staff who managed our check in was very courteous and professional. It was the lodge that just blew me, my picky husband and sister away. We had the morning buffet. It had both European and Korean type breakfast. The selection was quality food. I opted for Korean breakfast since they had a loads of vegetables. Last but not least, it had a lot of gentle walking path for us old folks and sister’s dog. My sister’s dog give his paws of approval! − The kitchen needs glass for drinking beer or wine. Drinking alcoholic beverages from coffee cups is not tasty at all.

+ 저녁 식사 맛있었습니다. 직원 분들도 모두 친절하십니다. 위치는 환상적이었습니다. 장소는 그 어떤 곳보다도 좋았습니다! 아이들이 정말 좋아했습니다. 특히 베른 어린이 숙소는 어린이들을 위한 배려가 느껴졌습니다. − 프런트 연결이 잘 되지 않습니다. 숙박 전 몇 번 프런트에 전화 드렸으나 전화를 안 받으셨고 숙박 동안에도 한 차례 프런트 연결이 어려웠습니다.

Great experience with family + Family-friendly and a wonderful place for kids. The deer and sheep farm was a huge hit with my children, and the food was great. The front desk staff were very responsive and helpful, providing prompt assistance whenever we needed it. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend it to families. − The trash bags provided were very small, did not fit the trash can properly, and were made of thin plastic that tore easily. Additionally, after one of the room cleanings, there was a noticeable odor of dirty or rotten cleaning rags throughout the room, which was unpleasant.

매년 재방문 합니다: ) + 작년에 아이들이랑 2박 하고 너무 좋아서 이번에도 고민 없이 다시 예약했어요. 이번에는 키즈룸으로 2박했는데 역시 오길 잘했다 싶었어요ㅎㅎ 그리고 이번에 특히 좋았던 건 단발머리 여자 지배인님! 예약하는 과정에서 저희 쪽에 예약 오류가 있었는데, 조금 당황할 수 있는 상황에서도 정말 친절하게 바로바로 응대해주셔서 너무 감사했어요. 이런 작은 부분에서 숙소에 대한 인상이 확 좋아지더라고요. 정말 나이스하셨어요 :) 이번 키즈룸 넓고 아이들 장난감까지 있어서 아이들이랑 지내기 너무 편했어요. 취사시설도 있어서 아이들 간단하게 밥 챙겨 먹이기도 좋았고요. 날씨가 조금 안 좋았는데도 숙소 주변 산책로가 너무 예뻐서 산책하는 재미가 있었어요. 길도 잘 되어 있고 동선도 좋아서 가볍게 걷기도 좋고 트레킹하기에도 딱이었어요. 무엇보다 아이들이 동물 구경하는 걸 너무 좋아해서 여기저기 구경하다 보니 반나절이 금방 지나가더라고요ㅎㅎ 곳곳에 쉬어갈 수 있는 공간들도 있는데 하나같이 예뻐서 그냥 앉아 있는 것만으로도 힐링되는 느낌! 저는 개인적으로 여기 풍경이 스위스 생각날 정도로 예쁘더라고요. 아이들은 실컷 놀고, 어른들은 자연 보면서 쉬고… 저희 가족한테는 딱 맞는 곳이었어요. 작년에 한 번 와보고 또 찾아온 걸 보면 저희 가족은 여기 꽤 마음에 들었나 봐요ㅎㅎ 이번 가을에는 아이들만 데리고 오는 게 아니라 부모님 모시고 다시 오려고요. 그때도 좋은 추억 만들 수 있길 바라요 ❤️ 2박 동안 잘 쉬고 갑니다 :)
