+ 호텔에서 가능하니까 해주었겠지만 무료 객실 업그레이드 조치가 있어 첫인상이 좋았고.. 청결한 실내, 맛있는 식당 무엇보다 바다를 바라보는 뷰가 답답한 도시를 잊게 만드는 최고의 힐링 포인트가 되었습니다. − 룸 옷장에 옷걸이가 적어서 옷 수납이 불편함

만족합니다. + 예상치 않았는데, 업그레이드 해주셔서 넓은 객실에서 편안하게 보냈습니다. 바다뷰가 좋았고 호텔은 번잡하지 않고 조용했으며 체크인도 신속했습니다. 다음에 애월에 오면 다시 방문하겠습니다.

노을맛집 ~ + 위치도 바다산책길 앞이라 객실에서 보이는 바다가 너무 이뻤어요 호텔앞 카페 이용도 좋았고 주변 산책길에 노을지는 바다를 볼수있어서 더 좋았어요 청결하고 조용해서 편히 쉬기 좋았어요 일회용품 사용제한으로 일회용품이 없는건 괜찮은데 치약이 없는건 조금 귀찮았어요

위치 최고, 나머지는 무난 + 애월해안도로에 붙어 있는 위치가 참 좋았고, 호텔 입구 야자수 조경도 정말 멋졌습니다. − 직원들의 친절수준은 보통이었고, 아침 조식도 가성비가 조금 떨어진다는 느낌입니다.

바다뷰는 기만이었다 + 주변의 카페와 식당(편의시설) − 바다뷰로 안내해서 선택한 숙소였지만 카페가 창앞을 막고있어(218호) 바다뷰는 아닌걸로ㅠㅠㅠ 입실하니 방 컨디션은 에어컨이 켜져 있지 않아 공기 너무 더워 바로 카페로 도망나옴 저녁에 방에오니 에어컨 소음으로 잠은 제대로 못 잤어요 휴가 온 호텔에서 피로감을 안고 갑니다 퇴실때는 11시 이전에 에어컨 점검하러 오시는 상황도 유쾌 하지 않았어요

The biggest issue was the cleanliness of the hotel, especially the bathrooms. The bathroom was extremely dirty and honestly quite gross. We were so uncomfortable with the condition of it that we specifically asked the hotel staff if they could please have it cleaned again. Despite bringing the issue to their attention, the bathroom was not properly re-cleaned, which was extremely disappointing and unacceptable for a hotel. The hotel also seemed to lack even very basic supplies and amenities. We asked for extra toilet paper, and they did not have any available for us. We also asked whether they had extra pillows or blankets, and they did not provide those either. What was especially upsetti…
