Great place for longer stay + Very nice and clean stay. Having laundry and utilities to cook was a major plus side. Check in was easy and the area around the place was quiet. Would stay here again.

+ Расположение нормальное, передвигались на такси. Рядом много круглосуточных магазинов. − Перед заездом пришла ссылка на имейл, понадобилось много времени чтобы с ней разобраться. Не могли понять ни номер квартиры ни код от двери. Написали им через сайт Букинг- ноль ответа. Пришлось постараться чтобы понять логику. надо было отдельно вводить номер паспорта, имя и тд. Сложно и неудобно. Но может кому-то и ок. В квартире пахло раменом от соседей. Так и не поняли откуда шел запах.

A very good stay with excellent amenities and a great location, although there is still some room for improvement (close + The amenities were excellent, and the property was generally very well equipped. I especially appreciated the quality of the amenities and the products provided. The location was also great, with easy access to public transportation and many things to do nearby. − The room got quite warm very quickly whenever the air conditioning was turned off. Since our room was on a lower floor, it was also a little dark, although this may partly be a matter of preference. The biggest downside for us was the 4 PM check-in time, which feels quite late, especially when arriving earlier in the day. Early check-in was available, but at an additional cost of KRW 20,000 per hour.

+ If you need a place to stay on this side of Seoul, it's fine. If you plan to do a lot of tourist activities, stay on the other side of the river, as there is very little to do nearby (walking distance). The unit was clean and modern − While having a washing machine was a major reason why I chose this property, they should include basic operating instructions in the provided room guide. The QR-linked online information only provided a translation of the panel. I had to use ChatGPT to wash my 1st load. As for claiming to be soundproof, it was not. I could hear the people on the other side of the living room wall very clearly. I would have also liked to know beforehand that it's a no-toilet-paper-flushing property

+ Was so clean and oven very good too kitchen perfect size bed was comfortable and fast response for any questions − Sofa was not bad but it’s open tow pice was not stable and plates not available only small pices but was ok for little time we cook

Nice but small bed only + Nice clean apartment high tech − Everything is in Korean so took some time to find out how everything works as all is high tech. There is no reception so not easy to communicate. Bed is small and uncomfortable is Korean size only not for Europeans. You hear the neighbors walking on the floor above even at night

Complicated + Clean high tech apartment − No cleaning included even when we stayed there for 12 nights you have to pay for that , bed is too small for western people, everything is in Korean so it will take time to find out how everything works, no reception communication is by mail only, you have to dump your trash in a far away basement by elevator, only 2 elevators long waiting time…
