+ Lovely view, good location near bus stops and shops. Some nice food places nearby. Convenience store on first floor was great. Spacious room, lots of cupboard storage space with a nice view of the ocean. Large, comfy beds and clean space to live in. − Occasional sewage smell from toilets (?) seemed a bit off. There was the stove that we couldn't use (no appliances for it).

+ 속초 청초호 근처라 베란다 옆으로 보이는 청초호와 동해도 나름 멋있었고, 그나마 요즘 숙박비가 너무 부담되는 것에 비해 상대적으로 아이들과 함께 4인 가족이 머무르기에는 가성비있었던 것 같습니다. 호텔 주차장은 계속 만차라 이용 못했지만, 바로 앞에 넓은 공영주차장이 지원되서 주차도 편하고, 속초중앙시장 등 주요 관광지도 가까워서 편하고 좋았습니다. − 딱 하나 아쉬운 점은 트윈침대 2개 사이에 작은 테이블이 있으면 좋은데... 아무 것도 없어서 휴대폰 등 거치하기 좀 불편한 점과 여유공간이 많지는 않지만... 냉장고 옆에 위치한 테이블 꺼내서 쓰는 것은 좋은데 의자가 없어서 4인 가족이 시장서 사온 음식 먹을때 좀 불편한 점, 그리고 역시 좁지만 배란다가 있는데 역시... 작은 의자라도 있으면 좋겠는 점 등이 있겠네요.

Beautiful but very poor service + The room was a decent size and had a stunning view − No tableware at all, not even spoons, knives or even chopsticks. They warn you cooking is forbidden but apparently take away food is too given the lack of supplies. The whole building is unmanned meaning in any case you have to call/send a message to someone who is elsewhere. You have to do everything via an app but they forgot we requested cleaning and I had to call the number multiple times before someone picked up.

+ Die Sicht über den See war sehr gut. − Personal wurde weggespart. Check erfolgt am Automaten. Hat nicht funktioniert. Personal zu finden war sehr schwierig und hat eine halbe Stunde gedauert. Ausstattung im Zimmer teilweise kaputt.

+ La habitación era grande y estaba bien ubicado La limpieza − Que no era un hotel como tal Es un edificio donde hay alguna planta destinada a hotel que comparte con residentes. No hay personal en recepción salvo alguna hora Las fotos inducen a error porque la cocina no se puede utilizar, (es un hotel y es correcto)

Clean room, good location, Hosts tried hard and reacted to defect identification + Staff reacted to our comments, the defects in the first room, and moved us to a new room. They also spoke good Englisha and some German too. They tried, but could use more guidance to really bring a good Customer service. − The Room Mobile Key was not sent, despite me writing 3 messages to Hotel. We had no Korean phone, so I asked for it to be sent by eMail. When we arrived at the location, worried we could not get in, we found "by accident" on the Reception Counter OUR Room key AND Password - in theory anyone could have got into the room before and after us!!! There were 3 defects in the first room (broken shutters, broken table, hinge on cupboard was broken).

Alojamiento y ciudad increibles + El mejor alojamiento de todo el viaje: vistas increíbles al lago y a las montañas, calidad precio inmejorable, check in y check out sencillo, ubicación muy cerca del mercado. Muy recomendable. − Nada que cuestionar.
