Very satisfied! + Very good location, nice people at the front desk, big and comfortable room. Fantastic breakfast! − AC was a bit too strong and loud and we couldn’t change the speed of the fan.

Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend it. + The hotel is in a great location, the staff were all very friendly, and the room was in excellent condition. The breakfast and lunch selections were also outstanding. − It’s hard to find anything negative about this place.

Perfect when visiting Suwon + In the center of Suwon and quite near a subway station, this hotel is an excellent choice when you want to explore Suwon or just want to get away from touristy Seoul. Lots of restaurants around. Convenience store and a starbucks are located on the ground floor. Breakfast was good and offered lots of choices. − Furniture could use an update.

+ The room was clean, as were the bed linens. Each guest had two soft and comfortable pillows. The hotel’s location is excellent. Breakfast was good and offered a wide variety of choices. The only downside was during the weekend, when breakfast was served in the banquet hall. Unfortunately, it was not a pleasant experience because guests left tables, chairs, and the floor in a mess, while the staff could not keep up with cleaning. The biggest disappointment, however, was the reception staff. When I asked how to get to the airport, they were unable to provide any useful information. They showed neither practical knowledge of the city nor any willingness to find out and help a hotel guest. Another issue involved the laundry room. The machine charged me twice for detergent, and then the washing machine would not start. A receptionist came and managed to get it working, but I had to pay again. When I asked for a refund of the extra amount I had been charged, I was told that the issue h…
