+ 리조트 아기자기하고 예뻤어요 1박하고 좋아서 이틀후에 다시 1박했어요 방은넓고 침대도 좋았어요 산장에 온것처럼 아늑했습니다 − 살짝 오래된감이 있었고 첫날묵은 A동트윈 더블베드가 좋았는데 (석양 오션잘보임) C동더블룸(수영장뷰 오션뷰) 침대가 좀 꺼져있어서 꿀잠은 못잤음

올레리조트 직원에게 “병신“이라는 소리를 들었습니다 + 저는 오래된느낌도, 자연친화적인느낌도좋았고, 통영의 이에스리조트가 취향에맞기때문에 비슷한부분이많아좋았습니다. − 다행히도 직원서비스 많이 떨어진다는 평이많네요. 이 리조트는 저렴한게 문제가아니라 제가 어머니와도왔었고, 아이가없을때 연인이랑도 왔었던 소중한 추억이있는공간입니다. 오션이보이지않는데 오션뷰라고 해둔점, 바퀴벌레같이생긴 벌레가 제주 풍뎅이이지만 몇일동안 시체를 실내시설에 방치하는점 등은 제가 불만이지도않아요. 분명하게 짐을옮길때 청소직원이라도 불러서 도움을주겠다고 피드백을 받은다음날, 인수인계가안됐다고 도움을줄수없다고 딱잘라말하기에, 아이와 혼자있는 저는 너무버거워서 절망적이었고, 저에게 “5성급호텔인줄아세요?“라고 불친절직원은 발언을시작했죠. 제가 어이가없어서 프런트로 아이를안고갔어요. 충분히 소통이 가능한 상태에서 화자가 말하면서 프런트 위로 손이넘어왔다고 강도취급을하고 영업방해를 운운하여 직원의 동의하에 경찰을불렀고, 경찰을 부른뒤에도 담배를피러나가면서 아이를안고있는저에게 “병신“이라고 한것을 잊을수가없습니다. 그 무례한직원이 “아이앞에서 이러고싶어요?“ 라고 아이를 먼저 언급하시기에 “그러면 선생님은 아이앞에서 뭐하시는거에요?“ 라고 되받아치니까 “내애도아니잖아요.“ 라고 발언한것, “지배인님한테 연락좀해주세요.“ “방에돌아가계시면 연락하라하겠다고요.“ “Try한번 해주세요. 체크아웃도 얼마안남아서요. Try해주실수있을까요?“ “츄라이는 무슨 츄라이. ㅋ“ 라고 비아냥거린것 경찰이왔을때 내내 프런트에서 악마같이 웃던모습이 잊히질않네요. 결국 지배인이랑 사과하러오셨을때 욕한건아니라고 기억이안난다고하셨는데 보통 정말욕한게아니면 기억은하고 매우 억울한 텐션을 보여야하는거아닌가요.? 기억이안난다니 정말 편한 피드백이네요. 후에 지배인분이 브런치를 만들어주시고, 방을옮길때 짐을 손수옮겨주신일은 감사하게생각합니다만, 이 직원분은 관리가 필요해보입니다. 장사…

+ 面海房視野很好，房間大浴缸大，還有廚房。在resort裡面散步也很舒服。有幾隻resort養的貓，非常親人可愛🥰，如果是自己開車的旅客非常推薦。 − 地點離主要道路遠，沒有交通工具的話離公車站要走很久。沒有每天打掃。（乾淨的浴巾、毛巾和水會放在門口箱子，自行替換。）

Definitely not a spa nor a resort but a decent enough hotel + The room was very spacious with a beautiful view of the pool and ocean! The bathroom was also updated and both the room and bathroom were very clean. − The customer service was beyond poor. We arrived 20 minutes early and with no one around were asked to wait until check in time (fine). When we asked for more pillows because we had 1 per person we were told flat out “no”. We asked for restaurant recommendations and were told “we don’t have any”. Though there was a kitchen it had one pot and no pan as well as no cooking utensils. We asked for a pan and was told no. Spa and resort was a very generous term as there were no spa or resort facilities otherwise than an outdoor pool without a pool heater. We did a 6 day 5 night stay and there was no maid service. We had daily fresh towels and water which was left outside our room but no rubbish collection. Though there was a bidet it was all in Korean and we had to visit the recept…

+ 평수가 넓어서 좋았고 방음도 잘 되어 있고 정원도 이뻤어요 − 엘리베이터가 없어서 짐가지고 이동 시나 부모님 걷기 힘들어서 너무 불편했고 방충망이 오래되고 창틈이 벌어져 있어서 모기가 너무 많아서 첫날은 잠을 거의 못잤고 다음날은 홈키퍼 뿌리고 자서 괜찮았어요.

Fair, not repeating it + The views, the location was good, spacious and clean rooms. − The swimming pool was empty, even though it was listed as a feature. The staff refused to give us more pillows or blankets, they were passive aggressive - rude. There was NO room cleaning, and they weren’t generous with their towels.

Jai profité de la plage et des restaurants qui s’y trouve à côté , la marche jusqu’à à la plage vous offre de beau paysa + La chambre très spacieuse et propre le personnel qui parle anglais a bien voulu m’expliquer le problème de la piscine car je ne comprenais pas . − La chambre est remplis de vitre et il y’a aucun rideaux occultant. Impossible de dormir , la lumière nous réveille. La piscine n’est pas inclus dans le paiement. Il faut fouiller pour trouver cette information. Les dates ne son pas à jour quand à l’ouverture de la piscine. Dommage que je n’est pas profité de la piscine. Heureusement qu’il y’a la mère à 10 minutes en voiture et 2h à pied . Le restaurant est ouvert que le matin . Il faut donc s’organiser pour manger ailleurs le restaurant juste à côté propose que des menu pour 2 personne j’étais seule . Il y’a une épicerie à côté heureusement. La communication avec certaine personne du personnel est compliqué car il ne parle pas anglais. Il faut attendre la personne qui…

+ 평온함과 안락함.고즈넉함이 있습니다.신혼부부나 젊은친구입장에선 좋을듯합니다 가족여행도 무난해보입니다.단,주변에 구경꺼리가 30분이내 볼것이 많아서 수영장을 이용할 겨를이 없다는 단점이나 주변에 볼거리가 많아서 리조트내 머무를시간이 의외로 없습니다.아쉬운부분이죠 그래도 다시한번 가볼생각이 있습니다 그떈 좀더높은3-4층을 원합니다 1층은 좀 습한내음새가있습니다 반지하는 아닌데 습한부분에 냄새가 나옵니다 − 다좋습니다 위에 내용보내드립니다
