Teleurstellend verblijf + Van alles was kapot in de kamer en slecht onderhouden! Het eten in restaurant was matig en voor Indonesische begrippen behoorlijk aan de prijs.

A dream address + Located in a green setting this superb address offers the traveler a dream stay. The lodges are very spacious, the bathroom is amazing with a bath installed in the middle of a private water garden. You will be able to eat in individual lounges scattered in the middle of a pond just in front of the swimming pool that borders the rice field.

Great way to start our vacation! + We only stayed here 2 nights, but what a beautiful place to stay! We arrived here when it was dark, so we had no idea what it all looked like, but then we woke up and stepped out of our room and... Wow! Rice fields right across from us, so peaceful. The staff was very friendly and so helpful. We felt like we were in heaven. Would definitely recommend it to everyone!

Absolutely Amazing Stay + This place is beautiful with great views of the rice fields,gardens and pool area.There are only 12 villas and when I stayed there only one other couple was there so you had the whole place to yourself.You are in a local community with many places to explore and you can easily walk through the nearby rice fields by yourself as there is a nice concrete pathway.The staff are very friendly and helpful and there is also a really nice restaurant located over the lily ponds serving really tasty food.This is a fantastic place to stay to get involved with the local culture and you also feel so safe just walking around by yourself.The villas have a nice separation and are screened by gardens so it is very private and peaceful but you also feel very safe and secure.I booked the deluxe villa which was beautiful with a big circular bath set in a pond area complete with gold fish and water flowers.The room had a nice four poster comfortable bed and the air con was strong.…

Beautiful Garden Setting + Wow- how nice are these villas and I do not want to tell everyone as I want it to remain the nice beautiful peaceful resort in Bali.When you first walk into the reception area it is just like being with close family as they treat you so nicely (this is only my second stay)Everyone remembers you and the breakfast and dinner staff and all the hotel people are so nice.I had a big dinner organised on the night of Galungan for 12 people and the staff did such an amazing job.This was more like hosting a private dinner party than being in a hotel.The gardens and villas and the view over the rice fields is just beautiful and there are some nice pathways to walk through the rice fields.The outdoor bath set amongst the water lillies and gold fish is incredible and the restaurant food is also so tasty for breakfast and dinner.You can do as little as you want or take in tours etc. and there is also a nice on site swimming pool.The manager came up on the second morning a…

Heaven on earth! + We had one of our best experiences in our lifetime travelling here in this beautiful Villa. Me and my girlfriend had a Balinese wedding ceremony arrange here and it was something amazing. All the staff was with us sharing this special moment and they made us feel very special. They prepared every single detail of the ceremony with so much dedication and love that we felt truly blessed. On top of that, two priests came to lead the ceremony in the little temple they have in the Villa. After that they gave us many gifts and flowers and we had a gorgeous dinner with live music and dancing! All the staff treated us like kings for the 2 nights that we spend in this paradise surrended by rice fields and palm trees. Thank you Kadek and all the staff! Martin and Angela (Spain and Italy)

Paradise + Beautiful small resort close to Ubud and the coast. Amid beautiful rice fields. We had two villas (of the 8): large bedroom, superb outside bathroom. The food in the restaurant is delicious and the service is great. Not all staff speak great English, but they sure try to take care of your every need. The hotel also offers tours and activities, such as a cycling tour to Tanah Lot temple on the coast, or a cooking class. We did the cycling tour: proper mountain bikes. It was a two hour ride to Tanah Lot temple through rice fields, villages, but also through busy streets and not so picturesque neighborhoods. It does give you a real picture of Balinese life. The sunset at Tanah Lot is pretty, but touristy. We spent the second day around the beautiful pool. Had a great relaxing stay here.

Great Place For Lunch + Love this place. This is the second time we have visited over recent years and thoroughly enjoyed this visit as much as our first. After visiting temples around Mengwi and the monkey forest at Alas Kedaton this is a great spot for a relaxing lunch before heading off to Tanah Lot. While the food is good from a comprehensive menu the location of the tables on little islands within a tranquil water lily pond is great. Service was great and highly recommend.

Relaxing Retreat in Beautiful Setting + Located in the serene Bali countryside of rice fields and palm trees,the villa consists of 12 cottages and an open air dining area surrounded by lotus ponds,exquisitely maintained gardens and an inviting the food is superb. If you want a quiet retreat away from the crowded resorts, this is the perfect spot!

Quiet location, interesting surroundings + Unfortunately we had to cancel one night due to sickness, on a day's notice, nevertheless we were charged for that. The room is very spacious as well as the gigantic bathroom. We had issues with the shower tap for cold water. We did not enjoy the food in the restaurant, the chicken used was old, and it is certainly not a 'rijsttafel' as advertised. We can highly recommend taking a bicycle tour with Gusti at the end of the afternoon and the walking tour with knowledgeable Oggi early in the morning: the scenery around this hotel is stunning.

Nice location, lets itself down + Stayed one night with my wife as part of a tour of Bali. Hotel described by all its advertising as the place for peace, quiet and tranquility. Upon arrival we were being told about dinner when the staff member mentioned that there was a large party expected and they hoped it wouldn't bother us. We thought she meant a large party for dinner. We got a couple of peaceful hours by the pool, however at 6PM it became apparent that it was actually a large party for external guests not staying at the hotel with a loudspeaker and very loud singing. Had we known about this in advance we would not have stayed here as the noise was so bad. It was vibrating the glass in our window! This went on until 10PM The manager did offer to drive us to another hotel which was at least an offer to get us away from the noise but we had been in the car already 7 hours by this point and just wanted to sleep. He did offer a free bottle of wine with dinner. The breakfast was ve…

Beautiful and peaceful villa in Tabanan + Very relaxing atmosphere, away from the crowded tourist area of Denpasar. Villa Taman in BLAYU is a great villa centrally located in Tabanan Regency. Very friendly and accommodating staffs, refreshing pool, and tucked away by the rice field. Good food and massage at reasonable price. Highly recommended for a family and group stay.

Quite peaceful villa + Located at the end of a secondary road in Blayu village backed by a lush rice field. Big room with comfortable bed and huge semi open bathroom. Very nice pool surrounded by ponds that adornes by lotus plants loaded with flowers. The restaurant serving good foods: the owner and his staffs were very friendly. Incredible values for your money.

Beautiful setting + We only stayed the one night so can't really give an extensive review. The villa was lovely, really beautiful, although the outside shower area could use a little TLC. The pool and surrounding areas are beautiful. Unfortunately, we were the only guests at the time (they had only just reopened after Covid) so it lacked atmosphere, but that wasn't their fault. Stay were friendly and helpful.

Wonderful, peaceful rural stay + We only stayed here for one night as part of our tour, yet it was one of our favourites. The service from the hotel team was excellent, always delivered with a smile. The rooms were very large and the outdoor bathrooms were really nice. The pool is great, next to views overlooking picturesque paddy fields. It really is a stunning view. The dining area is surrounded by water and lily pads, which all feels so relaxing and peaceful. The food and drink were great. This is a simple and quiet place to stay. Wi-Fi is patchy and they don't have a cocktail list, but this is not a shiny, western style hotel. Its rustic charm and beautiful views made our brief stopover thoroughly enjoyable.

Magic ! + This hotel in the heart of the Balinese countryside has retained its charm. Don't hesitate to take a stroll through the villages, passing by the back of the hotel on the path beside the rice fields, and to take the excursion to Tanah Lot by bike (not by car), as this will enable you to meet lots of locals and pass through small villages and magnificent rice fields. The rooms are very spacious and the bathroom is beautiful (outside) with a toilet inside the room to avoid unpleasant surprises at night. Breakfast is delicious (if you dare to opt for the bubur ayan) and we tried some of the best Balinese dishes (the chicken dish with green curry is delicious!). The hotel is quiet and the staff are very friendly and attentive.

Zeker een aanrader + Prachtig hotel in een nog niet ontdekt stukje Bali. Zeker een aanrader. Alles heerlijk, huisje met een bad in tropisch groen is een plaatje. Leuk om hier te verblijven. Achter het hotel loop je zo de rijstvelden in, en het is maar uurtje rijden van seminyak.
