Für zwei nächte ok. + der pool war gut , die mitarbeiter waren sehr sehr nett und die dame beim frühstück hat super gekocht. − Das Bad war leider dreckig bzw. ungepflegt. Der spiegel war alt und dreckig. Der Duschkopf war sehr verunreinigt.

Disappointing + Pool was nice but that was about it. − Bathroom smelt bad and staff were dishonest with pricing and doubled it after already agreeing to one price with management. For an accommodation you would expect staff to be helpful. We were on edge the whole time, having to haggle at every turn and got sick of it by the end. We didn't bother asking for help anymore which is not what you want from your host.

Zeer goede optie voor verblijf op Nusa Penida, zeker een aanrader. + Het personeel, de service bij vragen, de prijs-kwaliteit verhouding, goed ontbijt, de ligging qua restaurantjes en beachclubs. − De hygiëne omtrent het beddengoed.

Een teleurstellend verblijf in Nusa Penida + J&J guesthouse ligt dichtbij de haven en andere restaurantjes en een beach bar. Het personeel kon weinig Engels, maar ze deden wel hun best om op onze vragen te antwoorden. De kamer was ruim, maar aan de oude kant. − We hebben erg gemengde gevoelens over dit hotel. Ze bieden een driver aan om een tour te doen, maar overpicen deze en de driver zelf krijgt er amper een cent van (management/uitbater steekt alles in eigen zak), er is geen gratis waterpunt (je kan wel water kopen terplekke). Er werd een massage aangeboden, dit bleek door te moeten gaan in je eigen kamer, geen massagetafel, en allemaal olie en geuren in je eigen kamer. Hier zijn we stelling in geweest en wouden we NIET doen. Zijn uiteindelijk gewandeld naar de spa zelf, en kwamen daar ook nog eens tot de constatering dat er prijs 25% goedkoper was dan wat het hotel ons had laten betalen. + Vicinanza al porto, personale professionale, camera molto grande, servizio lavanderia ottimo, le ragazze che lavorano lì ci hanno aiutato anche a trovare un driver per visitare l’isola, frigorifero in reception dove si può comprare da bere. − Calcare sul soffione della doccia, mancanza canale di aspirazione nel bagno.

no recomendamos + la ubicación . − pedirme experiencia y falta de honestidad por parte del personal No recomiendo para nada este hotel debido a la falta de transparencia del personal.se ofrecieron a gestionarnos la compra de billetes para el barco. Nos cobraron el dinero, pero no compraron nada. Para justificarse, nos engañaron diciendo que los barcos grandes (los de la compañía en la que queríamos viajar) estaban completamente llenos y ya no quedaban tickets disponibles. Como la situación nos pareció sospechosa, decidimos ir directamente al puerto por nuestra cuenta y descubrimos que sí había tickets disponibles sin ningún problema. Todo apunta a que querían desviarnos hacia otra compañía para llevarse una comisión, sin importarles mentirnos ni hacernos perder el tiempo. Una lástima la falta de ética con el huésped.
