Una truffa! + La posizione − Albergo venduto su Booking.com come 4stelle, ad un prezzo 4stelle. Secondo me non ne vale neanche mezza. Struttura fatiscente, vecchia, sporca, piena di muffa, polvere sulle grate, macchie ovunque. Bagno che sembra quello di un bar di periferia, ovviamente ben diverso da quello mostrato sulle foto su Booking. Piscina con presunta acqua di mare (pesci inclusi), acqua putrida dal colore verdognolo da farti passare la voglia di bagnarci pure i piedi (né ho visto altre persone farcisi il bagno). Ho dovuto, purtroppo, soggiornarci una notte per mancanza di alternative per poi scappare e pernottare altrove le due notti successive (perdendo oltretutto mezza giornata per fare le ricerche in loco). E dulcis in fundo, tornati in camera la sera dopo cena neanche l’acqua calda per la doccia.

+ L'emplacement Le petit déjeuner − La propreté est à revoir.. Le joint du frigo était tout moisi Les chaises sur la terrasse étaient très abîmées. Les coussins qu'ils y avaient dessus étaient sales. La salle de bains était sale aussi. Lorsque nous avons mit le ventilateur au plafond à puissance maximale, plein de poussière tombait. Il n'y a pas de prise électrique à proximité du lit

Un soggiorno breve ma molto piacevole, in una struttura dal buon rapporto qualità-prezzo, con una posizione comoda e ser + Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura solo per una notte, ma l’esperienza è stata molto positiva. La camera era spaziosa, con un grazioso balconcino e un caratteristico bagno all’aperto. La struttura dispone anche di una piscina con acqua salata. La colazione, servita à la carte, era buona. Un punto di forza davvero notevole è la possibilità di usufruire gratuitamente di lettini e ombrelloni sulla spiaggia da cui si accede per vedere le tartarughe. La struttura mette inoltre a disposizione gratuitamente anche scarpe da scoglio e attrezzatura per fare snorkeling: un servizio davvero molto apprezzato. − La struttura è un po’ datata, ma non abbiamo riscontrato particolari aspetti negativi. Considerando il prezzo, è davvero un ottimo compromesso.

Boh… + Struttura carina di fronte al mare − Colazione con pochissima scelta, personale che quando arrivi ti fa fare il check-in ma anche se ti vede con molte valigie non ti aiuta, ti guida solo alla stanza. Le camere veniva rifatte solo se lasciavi il cartellino fuori. Non fornivano acqua per lavarti i denti ecc se non il primo giorno all’arrivo, un solo asciugamano per pulirti e asciugarti tutto. Diciamo che da un hotel a 4 stelle mi aspettavo di più… diciamo 2/3 stelle. Quando pulivano la stanza (con appeso il cartellino)non cambiavano gli asciugamani, dovevamo andare di persona a chiedere il cambio

+ La posizione è perfettta: proprio davanti alla struttura abbiamo visto le tartarughe ad un palmo di distanza. La colazione è fresca: succhi preparati al momento come.anche il cibo: non c'era molta scelta ma sufficiente. I massaggi avevano un ottimo prezzo e moto rilassanti − Letto era duro e scomodo

Très bon plan face au spot pour les tortues + L'emplacement au top, direct sur la plage Facile d'accès Bon rapport qualité-prix pour Gili Air La possibilité de louer des scooters électriques La mise à disposition de quelques équipements pour snorkeling − La piscine d'eau de mer dont on ne voyait pas le fond (il y a 4 poissons dedans 😉)

We had a good time as the hotel is in a perfect location with a quick access to the best snorkeling spot of the island + The beach in front of the hotel has sunbeds reserved for the guests ! Great location for snorkeling ! The bar is also a good addition to! − Bathroom is a little out dated and could be improved ! Hotel can be loud in the morning due to rooster (but not that much to do about it)! Good breakfast despite limited choices !

Posizione perfetta di fronte al mare + Hotel in una posizione eccellente, proprio di fronte alla spiaggia e con la comodità di potersi fare una doccia subito dopo un tuffo al mare. La piscina è molto carina, i letti sono comodissimi e lo staff è sempre super disponibile. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura! Per me la parte più bella è stata svegliarsi la mattina, rilassarsi sul lettino ad ammirare l'alba, fare una nuotata e poi godersi la colazione: davvero un'esperienza fantastica.

+ Estaba frente al mar Los trabajadores fueron super agradables. − No es un hotel de 4 estrellas. Estaba bastante dejado todo el complejo. El desayuno muy poco: un poco de fruta, un pankake super fino y café o té. Es España sería un 3 estrellas básico

All is great! The hotel is clean and location is the best. + It is the best location I suppose. The best snorkling is here, some minutes walk to the sunset in the evening. The room was comfortable and clean. We didn't use the pool, it looked strange but I saw that the staff cleaned it and pured new water from the sea. The breakfast was good enough, main dish + fruits+ coffee we just needed some more bread, but it was OK in general. The hotel is really great, I do advise it. The beach is nice with free sunbeds, I used coral slippers in the sea. − The staff could be more polite

Wonderful stay + Everything was perfect 👌. Beautiful spot, peaceful and amazing staff. Food was amazing and also had the pleasure of meeting the lovely owners. Great value and look forward ti coming back next year.

+ The room is big enough. It has a mini fridge. Very kind and helpful staff. The half open bathroom is really cool. Free sunbed and towels from the beach with is right across the street. Good breakfast. We also had lunch and the food was really tasty also not expensive. − Our room was on ground floor and it doesn't really have a see view as written in the description. We were also very unlucky to have families with lots of kids at the upper floor so staying in the room especially in the morning was quite stressful as we could hear every single step they made. This is of course not the hotel's fault, maybe people could behave a bit more and realize they are not the only ones on holiday. Perhaps knowing that the walls are not so isolating families with kids could be placed on ground floor. Not enough sunbeds for all hotel guests.
