Disappointing − Smell was bad, moisture and fungus in the bathroom…

Exceptional − We arrived at 9 pm and tried to check in, no one answered the phone and there were no managers at the hotel. We had to check the rooms ourselves and just go into a free one. Even the next day, no one wrote to us or called us back. There was a sharp smell of dampness and mold inside the room, the shower was in terrible condition - dirty and old, the shower plug was clogged and water was splashing out of several holes, it was impossible to wash your hair. All the walls were in white stains, rust and some kind of dirt. There was a lot of dust and dirt behind the bed - you could plant a whole vegetable garden there. The bed linen and towels also smelled damp - it was hard to sleep because it was dazzling in the nose. We also had difficulty finding how to turn off the light on the porch so that the room was dark. In the photos, everything looks much better than in reality.

For the money, decent stay. Clean, specious bed, warm water and aircon. + The bed was queen-size and clean. There was a basic kitchen and cooler to store and make food. It was close to a GREAT Warung bakso eatery named ‘Mie Ayam Bakso Solo MASJOE’ — definitely try the Mie Ayam Bakso Ayam out! The personell of this property helped us with a great scooter service. − The bathroom was leaking water and was not as new as you would expect from the pictures. I believe if they would fix that and make the kitchen a bit better, that this would be a steal.

Not fit for purpose. + The seats and table outside on the main shared balcony. − Everything. Totally don't understand the reviews left here that caused us to book this stay - it needs taking off here as not fit for purpose. Arrived late in the evening, around 10pm, very kind host had fallen asleep but let us in after a short while. Never saw her again. Was in absolute shock with the accommodation - smell, cleanliness, furniture, lack of anything useful, felt quite sick. Wouldn't/couldn't cook a meal in the kitchen. See the photos. Was a non-refundable booking, we had to stay one more night while we searched for alternative accommodation which took us a while with 2 kids in tow. Ended up leaving after 2 nights into our 8 night stay, no one around. Emailed booking.com, still waiting for a reply. I've grown up going to india to see family so know what basic accommodation/facilities are but this is unacceptable for the amount charged. How much does it cost to add a new plastic toilet sea…

Deludente + Nessun feedback positivo − La camera puzzava di umido/muffa, bagno in camera senza finestra e puzza degli scarichi, lavandino rotto l acqua veniva giù con il contagocce, Abbiamo avuto un problema con le chiavi e contattato via WhatsApp la struttura ma non hanno mai visualizzato il messaggio, è saltata la corrente della camera, contattati nuovamente su WhatsApp e non hanno mai risposto ( la tizia era seduta nella camera 1 aveva la finestra aperta e si vedevano i piedi). Fatto check out e lasciato le chiavi senza mai vedere nessuno!

Was ok, but would not repeat. + The location was good − Smell from the bathroom was awful. I know humidity is a regular thing in Bali, but non of our other places stink and was like this one.

+ Staff is very polite and helpful. Overall, property is good. − The bathroom was not so clean there is no exhaust fan and bathroom handle was corroded.

+ Le calme, l'architecture de la guesthouse, la vue des chambres situées en hauteur, la gentillesse de l'hotesse et ses conseils. − Il faut être motorisé pour rejoindre les plages, mais avec Grab ou scooter c'est relativement facile d'y accéder.
