+ Dari review yang kami dapat kirain ada swimming pool-nya, tidak tahunya milik apartment. Jadi anak kami agak sedih begitu tahu tidak ada swimming pool-nya.

+ The hotel is old but was clean. Towels are very old and furniture in the room was old with stains on them. No hand soap at the bathroom sink. Only liquid dispenser in the shower. No hot water in the shower. Bed was not very comfortable. I guess that is why the price was so low.

Great Hotel For Stay + I went to Hotel to met with my friends, we stayed at Bogor Valley Hotel for one nights. The Hotel was Cozy, and Fancy. all the services that they gave to us was good, The room also was nice, fresh. And thank so much for Mbak Alifia for all good responses, sorry if we have any help, You're actually so helpful and Kind... Overall I gave 5 stars For this Hotel

Had a smooth meeting day at Bogor Valley + Good place for MICE venue in Kota Bogor. Affordable, responsive. The whole team is very helpful. From booking handling through sales Tia, to friendly FO staff Raihan, Syifa. Highly recommended for corporate event options!

1 Star - Extremely Disappointed + Extremely Disappointed This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. When I checked in to my room, I found that many of the lights were broken and didn’t turn on even though I had already inserted the access card to activate the power. I immediately reported it to the receptionist, but I had to wait an unreasonably long time just for someone to come and check the room. I was exhausted after a long trip from outside Java and just wanted to rest, but instead I was stuck waiting in a dark, uncomfortable room. I requested a room change, but was told it wasn’t possible. Absolutely unacceptable service for a hotel that claims to offer comfort and convenience. Will definitely not be coming back, and I do not recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing stay.
