Will definitely be back, loved our stay at The Palms Ceningan. We were welcomed with open arms. + The breakfast was included in the price and there was a fantastic selection available. My partner picked the same breakfast for 3 mornings but I chose 3 different ones, I do recommend the banana pancake with honey and lime my favourite. Should of stayed longer so I could try the other choices. − There was nothing I didn’t like about the property. The pool was very inviting and the outlook over to Bali was magnificent. There was plenty of seating and sunlounges around with decking which is a better option than slippery tiles. You don’t even have to stay at the property to enjoy the ambience, just pop in for a refreshment and enjoy the outlook and meeting other people.

Loved it. + The views were amazing. The food and cocktails were good value for money. The two infinity pools. − The air-conditioning could not keep up with the severe sun and weather conditions. This meant I could not open my windows to enjoy the view. My room had nowhere to sit outside and there were very limited options to sit in the communal area. The pool deck is fantastic but there is no proper shade. The umbrellas were not UV safe. One large tree would suffice.

Great View & Location + The staff are lovely, good food & the view & location are great. − The power went off during the night (2am) - 4 nights out of the 7 we stayed - woke up hot & unable to sleep. No WiFi available in the rooms, very disappointed. Need some shade over the pool & umbrellas at the tiled viewing chairs - way too hot to sit out there during the day. Need more parking available for motorbikes.

Difficult location but nice enough hotel for the price + The view was gorgeous, and the staff were very nice and helpful. The pools were lovely and the food was good too. − We only stayed one night out of the three we paid for because the location was so far out on Ceningan island and we had a friend staying on Lembongan, so we went there instead. It’s a nice place but the whole island was so so empty and quiet. Not the hotels fault. Our room had no toilet paper and almost no lights, 3 of 4 light bulbs were not working and we had asked them to change twice but no one came to change them. The transport they arrange from bali pick up to the ferry is not a private driver (which would have been not expensive at all) its a group van where you have to do several hotel/villa pick ups before being taken to the port, this was uncomfortable and the air con didn’t work in the van. This really set a bad precedent. They didn’t tell us this when arranging. We would have arranged our own transpo…

Comfortable place with nice views .. Not luxury, but that`s okay for the price. + Location is pretty good, views across a cove to the cliff bar, so you can sit in the pool, or at a table, enjoy a Bintang and watch surfers doing their thing on what CAN be terrific waves. Pool is nice without being outstanding, rooms the same .. comfortable enough. Food was nice from the kitchen there, a poolside snack / pizza was nice .. staff friendly too.

We will be back !! Just don’t mention how good the surf is either + Views are next level ! Exceptional! Staff were very helpful and friendly. Great vibe and feeling of being so relaxed and comfortable without any pretentiousness. Great value for money. Great coffee !

+ la piscine et la vue sur mer − pas à la hauteur de ces étoiles, climatisation bof,2 cafards dans le bungalow, piscine en plein soleil et pas nettoyer dommage car elle est belle et la vue sympa,franchement il y a moins cher et mieux dans les alentours

Chilled resort beautiful sunsets + Great choice for breakfast, cooked, continental and fresh fruit. Plenty to choose from on menu, we ate here everyday, it was so chilled we never wanted to leave. Lots of space and plenty of areas to sunbathe or seek shade on Bali bed. Saltwater pool was lovely and made a nice change. We upgraded to a bungalow which was very roomy and always clean. Lovely view of sea and sound of the waves, fabulous sunsets too. Our hosts Wayne & JJ were so accommodating & friendly, giving us lots of information about the area and where to visit. − Wifi was bit iffy, but we managed. The resort is ecologically friendly so no plastic bottles of water and no vanity sets (toothbrushes, cotton buds, etc)

Lovely staff, nice breakfast and views. + Great views, lovely staff. The Bali coffee was by far the best we had. Breakfast is very good and lots of options. Only 8 cabins. Quiet and peaceful. The host was very helpful and arranged all transfers to the property. − Air conditioning was not so cold, better at night. More shade required on the main deck.

Es war sehr schön und das ganze Palms Team war sehr bemüht + Der Ausblick und die Ruhe sind unschlagbar. Auch für fortgeschrittene Surfer perfekt – der Surfspot ist direkt vor der Unterkunft, schnell erreichbar und man kann die Wellen sogar von dort aus checken. Einfach perfekt! 🌊🤙 − Die Unterkunft ist einfach eingerichtet und die Ausstattung ist schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Frühstück war auch einfach, nichts besonderes aber gut.
