+ Very good location, and despite being off a busy street, it was very peaceful. The Petitenget Beach is about a 20min walk away. We stayed in the family deluxe 2 floor apartment. It was clean. The room upstairs is huge. Beds were comfortable although the upstairs one is quite high so a step to get on it would be better. They seemed to have a small dining area but there was no one attending so we never ate at the hotel. But there is a fantastic restaurant at the front that had amazing breakfast and offered it all day. There is also a fantastic Asian restaurant opposite on the main street called Noaa, amazing food. − The staff weren't around very much, they stay in the reception area. some family left food and drinks by the pool and it wasn't cleaned up the whole day. The pool offers a pool bar but no staff member was around to ask if we wanted anything. Sorry, there are staff at reception but I dont think we should be walking to reception to ask. Great place to stay if you want a good hotel close to everything! + Location was great , staff were lovely and rooms and beds were lovely and big. Good pool also👍🏼 − My first room had a leak in the bathroom when there was a big storm- but the hotel changed my room the next day so sorted . Would prefer black out blinds/ curtains as the light was strong in the early hours . About noisy at night but to have such a great location there is no way round that 🤷♀️

Cheap, great and super friendly staff, but dirty + Great staff, great location − Everything was old and dirty. Had to ask staff to clean our room again after arrival.

Convenient do to catching up with friends in the area but nothing positive bar a lovely swimming pool!! + Friendly helpful staff. Has a family feel. − My Bathroom was dirty very very old, it had a fly tile that you stubbed your toe on as it wasn’t even floor tile. Furniture ready for Salvation Army Store. No Maintenance. Hand marks on white bathroom door like someone had makeup on & touched the door. So it was noticed by the cleaners. Noisy loud people next door had to go down & ask for Security to shut the noise down at 1 am in the morning 😱😱😱Good AC that was about it !! Convenient location . Would do well if the premises had a complete overhaul!! But that never happens in Bali!! I only had one quick shower because the shower was so disgusting 🤮!!

Lovely, friendly staff that did their best to accommodate us we had a nice stay and the pool was lovely. + The staff were very accommodating and friendly and the pool was very nice. The second room we got after complaining about our first room was very lovely, the room got cleaned every day and we got complimentary bottles of water every morning. − The first room we got was nothing like the photos illustrated at booking.com (superior room) the bathroom was very small, dirty, no separation between the toilet, sink or shower and it was very old, outdated and weathered so we were very disappointed. But after putting a complaint in they upgraded us to a better room. The resort is in a very busy street with a lot of traffic it is also right next to a night club which has music going till 4am in the morning. Behind the resort there is also a lot of noise going on from a building site

+ L’emplacement. Petit déjeuné très bon − Chambre un peu vétuste, il manque un coup de peinture. Salle de bain pas très propre. Mais nous étions pour dans cet établissement pour une nuit donc c’était très bien
