It’s a decent place provided you know in advance about the location + The staff is very courteous and the service is very prompt. Breakfast was good and nicely laid out in villa. − The location is very poor. It is far from the main lobby. They should inform in advance about the location. It’s only when you reach the property you realise the location. The access becomes difficult

+ Sehr freundliches Personal. Die via WhatsApp zu jeder Zeit versucht haben uns zu helfen. Wunderschöne Gartenanlage. Da unsere Villa so weit im Abseits lag, durften wir das Schwesterhotel zur Poolnutzung und fürs Frühstück nutzen. Die Mitarbeiter/innen dort waren unfassbar freundlich. 🤗 − Wir hatten eine Villa, ca. 5 Min vom Hotelgrundstück im Nirgendwo entfernt. An sich war diese sehr groß und geräumig, aber leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Pool war sehr kalt. Die Handtücher schon sehr abgenutzt und entsprachen nicht unseren Vorstellungen von sauberem Standard.

+ Vi boede i Villa med egen pool kæmpe lækker villa - men den ligger langt væk fra selve hotellet med den store pool. Vi fandt dog ud af, at vi kunne bruge søster hotellets pool, som lå tættere på. Det var den skønneste pool med udsigt over rismarker. Søde og hjælpsomme ansatte, som vil gøre alt for, at man har det godt. God morgenmad som bliver serveret i villaen. − Villaen ligger langt væk fra selve hotellet. Poolen ved villaen er meget lille og altid i skygge.

Wohnen im Tempel + Superschöne Unterkunft in altem Tempel. − Die Lage ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, da sehr versteckt.

Großzügige Villa. Tolles Grundstück. + Wir waren nur für eine Nacht zu Gast. Auf dem Hauptgelände befindet sich ein wunderbarer Garten mit kleinen Teichen und Koi Fischen. Die Rezeption ist eindrucksvoll gestaltet. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten die Gartenvilla ca. 300 Meter entfernt gebucht. Für eine Nacht vielleicht etwas zu riesig, aber hübsch ausgestattet. Wir haben die Unterkunft genutzt, um mit dem Mietwagen Ubud und die Gegend zu erkunden. Am Morgen wurde uns ein super Frühstück in die Villa geliefert.

It was an experience! + Regina was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. The property was beautiful and peaceful with surrounding nature sounds. − We loved our room but we found a frog a day before check out and then when I went to call someone to get rid of it, it disappeared in the bathroom and I suspected it went into toilet. When they came to check it's as if they doubted us over and over again as they said there was no frog despite our plea that we really did see a frog. My friend got very upset and asked for us to be moved which proved very difficult at first as first there was no room, then there was, then there wasn't, then there was a villa a few minutes away but we had to fork out quite a lot of money for one night. We protested and Regina went back to speak to "a boss" who finally agreed we stayed in one of the villa rooms. They were still skeptical, saying there was no frog which was irritating.

Séjour très agréable à l'écart d'UBUD, propre et confortable, mais environnement assez quelconque + Chambre très confortable et propre dans un cadre très joli, petit déjeuner sympa servi au bord piscine, personnel très serviable et accueillant − Restaurant séparé de l'hôtel (1 km) - abords piscine très petits, gênant si autres clients présents en même temps. Un peu loin d'UBUD pour ceux qui veulent profiter de la ville d'UBUD sans être pour autant dans un cadre verdoyant agréable

+ Beautiful quiet rooms, very well maintained. Loved the free shuttle to Ubud. Staff were lovely, helped us when a family member became ill, showing great concern but promptly organised a dr and team to come to our room. Nothing was too much trouble, we appreciated their assistance.
