Worst “hotel” experience I have ever had and ruined our family trip and lost money + Nothing − Everything from the pubic hair found in the refrigerator handle, bodily fluid stains on the wall, uncleaned tables, floors, chairs, and furnishings. Toilet paper already in the can upon entering. Hair left on the pillow. Boogers on the wall. With all that, then being transferred to another room which was just as bad as the Door wouldn’t lock and had a handy man come and fix it with me required to stay and preventing me from doing planned activities and taking time from my trip, the whole reason I need the hotel. To make it worse after opening the door the alarm would blare very loud which could be heard across the entire floor. The staff even said that was not supposed to happen. All in all, this is a MOTEL, NOT A HOTEL, and known by locals/my uber driver as a “love motel” so do with that what you will. A Nice Hotel in Busan! + The hotel is located under the Busan Tower and is near to Jungang中央 metro station. Walking there from the metro station takes about 5 mins. But what impressed me most was the excellent service and hospitality of the front desk staff! The lady and the gentleman at the front desk gave us a warm welcome and were willing to provide considerate service. Every time we came in, they would smile warmly and the gentleman even helped us cook instant noodles and sort waste which made us surprised. I would sincerely recommend this hotel for its service, facilities, and location. This is an excellent travel experience for me in Busan! − The light in the room was a little dark. Hope you could consider adding more lights or change with brighter bulbs. :)

+ The location of the hotel is fantastic. Right in the heart of a busy and bustling section of Busan, with Jagalchi Market and numerous restaurants, cafes and bars nearby. However the hotel is just far enough away to not be able to hear any late night noise from the revelry. A number of previous reviews have mentioned about the transparent glass to the bathroom and toilet. In our room the glass window to the bathroom had been covered with plasterboard and turned into an internal wall. So from the bedroom area you could not see the bathroom and toilet at all. The transparent door still remained, but this faced the room’s entrance corridor so unless you deliberately walked into this corridor area you could not see into the bathroom at all. As for a kettle in the room: there isn’t. But there is a free bean-to-cup coffee machine in the lobby and a water machine that dispenses both hot and cold water, which the hotel expects people to use to make instant noodles as well as use as drinkin…

Buen lugar para quedarse en Busan + El espacio que ofrece la habitación y la ubicación − Solo por ponerme quisquillosa, habían algunos pasillos con aire acondicionado y otros no, el nuestro no lo tenía pero el de la lavandería si, por ejemplo. También, al hacer check in la recepcionista nos dijo que su check in time era a partir de las 17:00 pero en Naver y en Booking decía perfectamente desde las 15:00 y llegamos a las 15:10. Nos dijo que no todas las habitaciones estaban limpias pero la nuestra justo estaba terminada, que nos hacía el "favor" de dejarnos entrar antes y que pusiésemos una buena reseña... Que no os engañen con los horarios, si vais y no han terminado vuestra habitación, reclamad, que no os quieran engañar con otra hora que no está en lugares oficiales.
