+ 시설이 오래되긴 했지만 잘 관리되어있어서 좋았습니다. 저는 오히려 이런 곳이 더 좋더라구요~ − 주차 공간이 넓지 않아서 주차하기가 쉽지 않았습니다. 뒷편에도 주차공간이 있던데... 몰랐네요 ㅠ

+ 테라스를 통한 전경이 좋았음 − 예약시 요청사항란에 엘리베이터에서 멀고 높은 층의 방을 부탁했으나 거절 당함. 암환자임 어머니를 모시고 가서 이렇게 부탁한건데…우리가 묵던날은 삼월이었고 평일이어서 투숙객도 아주 적었는데 실망스러워요.

Be careful when booking the Annex + Nothing − Be careful when booking the Annex The main thing to know is that the Annex is very different from what you might expect from the hotel. The apartments are extremely old and dated, and the location feels very isolated — far from everything, with no convenient public transport, restaurants or services nearby. The rooms themselves need a serious renovation. The towels are surprisingly tiny, and the air conditioning blows directly towards your face while you sleep, which makes the stay quite uncomfortable. Considering the price, the experience was very disappointing. Honestly, in Europe, an apartment like this could easily be the setting for a horror movie! I would strongly recommend checking exactly which building you are booking before confirming. The Annex definitely does not offer good value for money.

+ Shuttle Bus was always there for transfer and the personals were friendly. − The building (별관) and the rooms are very old. There are no adequate facilities wherefore we went alway to the main building to give our kids the opportunity to play at the late evening.

+ 없음 − 사기 당했습니다. "한화 리조트 설악 별관"은 "한화 리조트 설악 쏘라노"보다 한등급 낮은 별개의 숙박업소임에도 불구하고(한화리조트 홈페이지에도 서로 별개의 지점), "한화 리조트 설악 쏘라노"라는 숙소명으로 방을 판매했습니다. 부킹닷컴이 사기꾼인지 한화리조트가 사기꾼인지 모르겠군요.
