+ I understand that no disposable items provide. However, at least provide tea bags or instant coffees like other hotels.

+ Everything was an additional fee that is normally included with the room. Even the toothbrush, and access to the pool cost extra. Location was nice but everything about the hotel inside and out was rundown, ill maintained or just plain dangerous. Particularly the path to the beach.

Lovely staff, clean facilities but water park not up to scratch. + The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was good. The room was clean and big. There was a lot for kids to do. − The futons weren’t comfortable to sleep on. The breakfast was overpriced even though it was nice. The water park was very limited but it was expensive.

Bit tired, need TLC + The hotel was right on the beach and the views were amazing, everything was clean and staff friendly. − Swimming pool was extra cost, there were no tea or coffee provided in room only kettle and cups. There was only one chair. Outdoor pools weren't working at all.

Nice scenic location with a decent breakfast and great room + Amazing room, very large with beautiful balcony view, breakfast was excellent though extra charge. Location lovely next to the beach, staff helped call a taxi to airport at 3am. − Spa and sauna in a cellar that looks quiet unkempt, extra charge for spa.

+ 전 주말이라 그랫을까요 평소 sns에서 봣던 숙소비에 배를 내고 다녀왓어요 부모님 모시고다녀왓는데 너무 깨끗하고 좋앗어요 모든부분이 무난하기 쉽지 않은데 생각해보면 모든게 무난햇어요 숙소 안락하고 깨끗하고 조식도 무난하고 어른모시고 놀거리도 볼거리도 많았어요 − 수압?? 수압이 약한거 굳이 꼽자면

+ 다양한 부대시설과 해변도 가깝고 직원들도 친절했어요 − 숙소 청결도가 가격대비 별로였어요. 사우나에 있는 대야도 곰팡이가 많았고 수영장에도 물이끼가 가득했고 숙소 서랍들에도 전 고객이 남긴 비닐들이 그대로 있었어요.

+ Location of the hotel is good -- close to the beach and restaurants. There is one quiet and calm area in the hotel, which is where the pet hotel is. − Rooms are quite run down and the building is older than it seems in photos. Bathroom had a smell of sewage, and AC was loud. We were in a 2nd floor seaside room, and the windows were dirty so we couldn't really see much outside. Some staff were helpful and kind, but others seemed to just want to say their script and send you away. For this experience, we found the value to price ratio to be quite low during high season.
