Exceptional + A hidden gem of Busan. We liked a lot the hotel, even though it was off season yet. Even though the hotel provided the breakfast and warm pool was amazing. The area is fantastic compare to overcrowded main beach in city centre. It has a nice walking trail close to the train and sky capsule way along the beach.

Very good + Modern design, rooftop pool, great shower − They should arrange both big towels for shower and towels for swimming. The emergency light in the room is bothering, as well as the sensor lamp that goes even on when neighbors are coming home.

+ The property was great for the train/sky capsule line, and were at a couple of great restaurants nearby. However, the reception was not always manned, we were asked to schedule our room service, and the breakfast was poor - a croissant with ham and cheese (no vegetarian option) and three tiny pieces of cut fruit.

Beautiful hotel, right next to beach and convenient store. + Room was spacious, large bathroom − The bed was very uncomfortable, so hard.

Great look, but not great experience + Nice pool area − Bed was VERY firm, room had a nice view of beach and the pool area was aestheitc. Unfortunately, the stay was ruined as the bathroom smelt like sewerage. After notifying staff about the smell, they came in and sprayed with air freshener and said to keep the fan running, however this didnt help at all. We were only there for one night, so we didn't make a big fuss about it, but it was terrible - we had to cover our nose with towels whenever we used the toilet.

The pool is the best! + The view from our room was amazing. It was a clean hotel and they came to do the room every day. Easy access to the lovely veach and the Beach train too! We LOVED the roof top pool. Just amazing! − N/a

I will stay somewhere else next time + Helpful staff, great location and a beautiful view − The curtains let in a lot of light, the bed was too hard, the bathroom floor would flood every time we took a shower, the laundry was out of service

재방문 의사는 없습니다ㅠㅠ + 뭘 문의하면 직원 분들이 전혀 대답을 못 하세요. 방도 업그레이드 하고 싶어서 트윈 있는지 물어 봤는데 이따 없다. 알려 주지도 않고 1시간 뒤에 알 수 있다. 이런 식으로? 대실 로도 운영하고 있어서 그런 거 같은 데 확실히 호텔 느낌은 아니었고 호텔에 더 가까운 느낌이었습니다. 시설도 깨끗해 보이고 지은지 얼마 안 돼서 선택한 게 있는데..너무 실망스러웠어요. 특히 화장실 정말 불편했구요. 샤워 하는 물이 완전 물 바닥처럼 밖으로 다 새는 구조여서 먹는 내내 수건으로 바닥을 깔아놓고 사용 했어야 했습니다. 솔직히 가격대비 이정도로 이용할 수 있는 건 절대 아닌 것 같구요. 모텔이라고 생각하고 가시면 좀 나을 수 있겠습니다.

Yucky and painfully expensive + The view − Is was very dirty and mouldy and I found a pubic hair in the bathroom, the bright green fire escape light is super bright, the ac is dirty, I left on the first day and have been tried to talk to booking.com but they have been ignoring me for days and days I have time stamped photos of everything, I’m just being ignored a horrible time truly!

Nice hotel with some quirks. + The bathroom was a little dirty. There was hair on the floor from the previous party that stayed there. Also there is parking outside and the "tower" self parking. Unless you have a luxury car though they will ask you to park inside. To me this seems a bit rude because regardless of the type of car I am driving I am paying the same amount to stay there. So even if there is available parking outside you will potentially have to wait in line for the self parking. Also three times during my stay I needed to return to the lobby to get my key re-keyed. I was told to keep it away from the other cards I have. At this point this is a common sense thing to me so I just said okay. The second time I asked why this keep happening and I was told they were not sure. The third time I was told that their system drops the rooms every day because they don't expect people to stay long. All of those answer seemed unsatisfactory to me and not so much of an apology for…

The coolest indeed + Had an amazing time at The Coolest Hotel Busan. Wonderful colleagues, brilliant finishing touches and an awesome base to go and explore Busan. We would definitely visit again. The style is great and the perks of the rooftop bar and the grotto bar are brilliant Thank you for a great stay. Top tip, buses don’t let you get on with suitcases but it’s only a quick taxi from Busan station or the subway to get there. Super simple.

Great location and friendly staff + The location of the hotel is great - next door to a fabulous cocktail bar - possibly the best I’ve been to called Railside bar and also next to the beach train station. There is a great boardwalk that runs the length of the beach train taking you to the livelier side of town. We found the staff very helpful unfortunately the way the lift works you tend to bypass the lobby area as you come and go, which is a shame as it’s a nice way to interact and appreciate the service of the staff.

+ The hotel had such a great vibe, near transit amenities and in a cute sleepy surf town! Place was clean, staff were polite and kind, i never tried the restaurant. Lots of places to eat. If you run, amazing running path all the way to Haeundae. 40 min walk to the Yonugungsa Temple and Lotte Mall.

+ Putting Coolest in the title creates certain expectations. It's probably not as cool as when it first opened. Great room, great view, lovely rooftop pool.
