Comfortable + The staff were amazing, so helpful and hospitable. − Mosquitoes are able to get through cracks in the rooms but the staff do a great job of trying to keep them at bay every night as part of turn down which is great. I see their is renovations happening so hopefully they fix that issue

Really lovely stay- very enjoyable. + A lovely villa- we had the one bedroom and it had lots of space- a separate bedroom and separate lounge area. The pool was a really lovely size. There’s lots of shaded areas and lots of sitting areas. The staff were absolutely fabulous, really lovely. The shuttle buggy service was really useful - drove us to our restaurants every night. It was definitely a lovely stay and value for money. − The outdoor chairs and sun loungers were a little uncomfortable and I brought the cushions from the couches inside out onto the chairs. And one other thing to think about is that there is a large villa next to the one bedroom villa so there is a bit of noise coming from there.

Beat staff ever in a wonderful complex with fantastic facilities. + Absolutely amazing staff! So friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and always done with a smile. The rooms were lovely & comfortable. We loved the fish pond & the fish food being supplied was a nice surprise. − There is construction next to the property so be aware- like most of Seminyak though! The units further from the street are best as they are considerably quieter.

Perfect location for a couple on a reasonable budget + Room was very spacious and private pool was perfect. Staff were super friendly. Location was good, plenty of bars and restaurants. Traffic was painful but this isn’t related to the hotel nor it’s location.

+ Good location , pretty central to the usual cafes and beach clubs − Mosquitos and pool doesn’t seem clean (water is milky) although cleaned. We also experienced the sink getting choked and aircon wasn’t working well for both rooms.

+ Everything was wonderful! Staff were lovely and helpful and the villa was beautiful, private and extremely comfortable. Great location - close to shops and restaurants. They also provided a courtesy drop off shuttle to areas in Seminyak.

I’d stay there again + Great staff, responsive and friendly . The floating breakfast was fun. Pool was a pleasant break in the afternoon to cool off
