- Inconsistent housekeeping (towels/blankets not changed) and presence of cockroaches

Der Pool ist eine Gefahr. Die Fliesen lösen sich, ich habe mir am Fuß weh getan aber nicht verletzt. + Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. − Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, es benötigt unbedingt eine Auffrischung.

Would not reccomend staying here + Loved how helpful and kind the staff are. − The property is outdated and differ from the photos pretty drastically. The room wasn’t clean and was much smaller than what we expected. The only good thing about our stay was the staff and the location.

Disappointing stay – far below Best Western standards + The hotel has a few positive aspects. The pool area is nice and provides a good place to relax. The staff members were friendly and did their best to help whenever needed. The location is definitely one of the strongest points of this hotel — it is very convenient, only around 10 minutes from the airport and close to the main areas of Kuta with restaurants, nightlife, shopping malls, and entertainment options. For travelers who mainly need a practical location close to everything, this can be an advantage. − Unfortunately, the condition of the room was a major disappointment and, in my opinion, not acceptable for a Best Western hotel. The overall cleanliness, maintenance, and quality of the furniture were far below expectations — even a basic non-brand hotel could offer a better standard. The furniture was old, scratched, damaged, and partly unstable. The curtains had many visible stains, and the bathroom was in poor condit…

Not as expected from a private villa + Staff was good. − However the bed mattress is really dirty the towel were old… the mattress cover the one he just changed has a big blood or wine mark on it… horrible. Private pool is a joke. It’s an old place.

+ الطاقم ودود ومحترفين وأمينين. نسيت عندهم سماعة ايربودز وبعد التواصل معهم قالوا انهم حصلوها وحفظوها لين رحعت اخذها. الفطور كان جميل ومتنوع. − صحيت ال 3 الليل على ازعاج ناس في المسبح الرئيسي حق الفندق.

Nice hotel to chill away from noise in Kuta, just a few minutes from Denpasar Airport. + The hotel is located in calm place, away from street noise. The staff is kind and professional. The room is spacious, very comfortable is well equipped. Tasty breakfast with many options to choose from. − Basically no available meals for lunch (which we learnt from the staff more than 30 minutes after our order). Also, I could not benefit from early check-in although it was included in the final price.
