The view was good, but the bambo wasn’t worth the money. + The view was amazing, but I accidentally booked the Bamboo Snail room and it wasn’t good at all. FANTASTIC Experience in Sideman + The Owl House was unique and special. Plenty of spaces to relax and unwind with the incredible views all around. Breakfast was beautiful and delicious. The hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating. Loved this one of a kind property and would highly recommend. − Pool was way too cold to enjoy.

+ The Veluvana Bali is BREATHTAKING!!! My wife and I visited to celebrate our 10 year anniversary and we couldn’t have been happier. We stayed in the Snail House with its wonderfully landscaped yard and in-ground pools. This was the perfect first stop in Bali. It didn’t take a day to unwind from our travels to get into vacation mode - it was immediate. We woke up to the sounds and scenery of nature with 5-star accommodations. Our villa was private but beware of drones during specified hours (we’re going to purchase a drone after this stay!) We wished we could have captured the full essence of this beautifully curated space. The food was also delicious!! My only somewhat negative feedback is that we purchased the romantic dinner one evening and the menu had less variety than the daily menu and excluded one of our favorite dishes - short rib. All in, I would highly recommend this villa if you are looking to unwind and relax. We would absolutely go back and explore one of the other vi…

Très déçu : le logement reçu ne correspondait pas à ce que j’avais compris réserver sur Booking, avec une réservation no + Le cadre et l’environnement sont agréables et correspondent en partie aux photos présentées. J’ai également apprécié l’accueil et le fait que l’établissement ait essayé de trouver une solution une fois sur place. − Malheureusement, j’ai été très déçu par mon séjour. J’avais réservé en me basant sur les photos et la présentation visibles sur Booking, et j’avais même pris le temps de préparer mon séjour à l’avance et de contacter l’établissement. J’avais également envoyé une vidéo afin de vérifier que le logement correspondait bien à ce que j’avais réservé. Pourtant, une fois arrivé sur place, j’ai constaté que la chambre/logement qui m’était attribué ne correspondait pas à ce que j’avais vu et compris lors de ma réservation. On m’a expliqué sur place qu’il s’agissait d’une autre catégorie (« Smaille »), ce qui n’était pas ce que j’avais compris avoir réservé. Le p…
