Very poor and very NOT recommended! + I stayed at this hotel for two weeks for business purposes. I chose this hotel because it was the closest to my activity location, within walking distance. However, the impression I got during my stay was poor. I do not understand how the management runs this hotel, as its condition is quite concerning. In many areas, the corners of the hotel look dingy, dirty, and in need of repair. The ceilings also show signs of water leaks, many walls are peeling, doors do not close perfectly, etc. The worst part is the cleanliness. This hotel is not carrying out proper cleaning and maintenance procedures. They only tidy up and clean the rooms to look neat. It's only for appearances, not truly a proper, habitable clean. They are not changing the sheets and blankets. I would not mind if I were using the same room the night before and sleeping in the same bed, meaning the sheets and blankets were used by myself. Not worth the money − The surrounding is truly noisy and the rooms are not soundproofing. They have a club at the rooftop, making the room tremendously noisy with the music until well passed 1am
