Very good 4 star Villa and very economical price during our stay + Very spacious villa with good facilities including small pool in villa. Very close to the beach and private beach area of Karma Resort acrosss the road. Good fresh breakfast prepared by Ardee and Ferr on the 2 days we stayed and they were helpful. Courteous staff including Dharmawan in resturant. Good food in restaurant with a nice wide swimming pool. − Nothing specific

Wonderful place with everything you need. Amazing staff, great location. + Just about everything- great location, close to heaps of stuff but also quiet and private. − Bed in bedroom 2 was very firm- could benefit from a pillow top mattress cover.

Such a lovely family holiday. We are already asking about visiting again. Perfect for families. + Amazing service- thanks to our butler, Putra who attended to all of our needs and made a delicious breakfast each day. Wonderful location- a stones throw from the beach. − Nothing at all.

Amazing people and place. Would definelty recommend it. Everything was amazing + Each room had an ensuite Anom our house keeper was amazing Close to beach, shops and places to eat. − Maybe just better explanation that a private Villa meant that a housekeeper was there to every morning to cook breakfast. We didn’t expect this but was very happy. Just wasn’t prepared for people coming in all the time (pool cleaner, gardener, maintenance people just walking in…) lost the private part

Overall a lovely stay. Just be prepared for the noise from surrounding properties outside of the complex . + Nice and private. Spacious. Lovely staff. Great pool. − Unfortunately on the edge of the complex - immediately to the rear was a tip and shanty town. Dogs barking continuously, cockerels crowing and revving motorbikes. We didn’t get very much sleep. The villa owners can’t help this of course. There were some signs of water damage in the downstairs bedroom from the shower in the bathroom above.

Une excellente villa, parfaitement située, avec un service irréprochable grâce à Putra. + Villa très confortable et idéalement située, à seulement 2 minutes à pied de la plage de Jimbaran et des restaurants de poissons. La piscine est un vrai plus après une journée de visite. Un grand merci à Putra, le majordome, toujours disponible et aux petits soins. Les petits-déjeuners qu’il préparait chaque matin étaient excellents. Un Coco Market se trouve à une quinzaine de minutes à pied (encore plus rapide en Grab) pour faire quelques courses. Il est également possible de se faire livrer ou de demander à Putra de faire les courses. Enfin, la présence d’une machine à laver est très pratique pour un séjour de plusieurs jours. − La chambre située à l’étage est un peu moins bien isolée et nous avons entendu les voisins quelques soirs. Cela reste toutefois un détail, car la villa est globalement très calme.

Beautiful, convenient place for a stay in Jimbaran bay. Very nice and helpful staff. + It was spacious and beautiful, well kept and close to Jimbaran bay. − Tricky to find how to gain access to the complex and find out property.
