Don’t fall for the discount. This is a 30$ AUD a night hotel at best + Room was clean and the location is in a decent place in Kuta. Friendly staff − They trick you by saying the room is discounted from A$200 per night to A$45. I then had a free room upgrade, but the room isn’t even worth A$30 a night. Super basic hotel. They just trick you with the discount.

It was very good for the price. Though I highly suggest a renovation on their rooms. + The breakfast was amazing. It's quite repetitive though if you stayed for too long. I stayed for 5 nights and the breakfast is the same options everyday. The location is really great. I did all the walking to go around the area. I was able to go to Discovery Mall and Beachwalk Mall just by walking. I preferred to walk along the shoreline to enjoy the sea breeze and sunset. − There was a bad smell in the toilet. It was quite tolerable though. I had to change to a smaller room since my first room's AC was not cooling well. It started dripping water when I decreased the AC to 18degrees.

We booked another 2 nights to catch up on sleep missed + Staff pleasant location ok − Was the night of world football cup the sports bar across the road fired up at 2.30 and continued to 5.30 am no sleep was had.

Great location but really run down hotel. + Location was great close to everything you need. Staff were so friendly and helpful. The food was great with 24 hr room service. − The bed was up against wall on one side made it hard to get in and out of. The shower was only able to be hung at hip height. The walls had black mold that was washed off but could still see it.

+ Отель удобно расположен, на улице с едой, барами, сувенирами, при этом близко от пляжа. Есть маленький бассейн, вода чистая и не сильно хлорированная. Завтрак вполне за свою стоимость, без излишеств. Персонал внимательный. − Высокая слышимость, как из-за открытого окна, так и из коридора.
