+ The staff were friendly and having a Villa right in the centre of everything was great. The kids enjoyed having a private pool and making friends with all the staff. Maintenance was great when called at midnight to fix the heated water for coffees. − There were a few cleanliness issues during our stay; night one there was blood on the pillow that seeped through the pillow case throughout the night, when asked to change it the housekeeping just changed the pillow case and left us with the blood stained pillow. Several times there where stains or dirt marks on the sheets after housekeeping and re made up and cleaned the villa. Towels were not frequently changed out even when they were left where they asked for then to be left if you want them changed. Hand soap was not replaced when finished.

We really enjoyed our stay at Desamuda and would highly recommend it to our friends and others. Thank you to all the st + Location was amazing and staff were exceptional, especially Suta, what an asset he is the the property. − We didn’t not like anything about the property, only a few things need updating and maintenance but I understand that is being done in the future.

It was ok wont be staying there next time .. disappointed + The pool areas were great .. however the umbrella's needed replacing as they were weathered .. the breakfast was good however, the roof leaked a fair bit when there was heavy rain it needed repairs, the place overall looked tired and needed a boost, the staff were great, the location was also great .. the villa was nice however, it needed some attention .. − The villa we stayed in was infested with mosquitos even though we used the netting they were in the room .. the netting was dirty with squashed mosquitos and it was hanging in some places, their was construction going on next door to our villa and the men working there were able to look into our villa which meant we didnt feel comfortable being outside .. the whole place needs an uplift, no bottle opener in the villa, no tea towels in the kitchenette in the villa's .. the cabana's near the pool needed a makeover ...

+ Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet établissement, les chambres sont spacieuses .Emplacement parfait Et au calme. − La villa qu’on a loué a besoin d’être rénové. Les murs intérieurs ont pris l’humidité et donc des traces sont assez visibles avec écailles de peinture. En ce qui concerne la cuisine, le plan de travail était fendu en deux. Dans la salle de bain, quelques carreaux cassés ainsi qu’une partie de la toiture en plastique. État général de l’établissement ainsi que la Piscine centrale a besoin aussi de rénovation.

Heerlijk rustige accommodatie met zeer vriendelijk personeel + Prachtige 3 kamer villa met ieders een eigen badkamer. Schoon zwembad. En alles werd elke dag schoongemaakt − Alles was prima. Enige nadeel was het sombere ontbijt

+ The location of the hotel is amazing inside the city 1 minute from seminyak busiest street, yet it offers extreme privacy away from any noise The price is amazing compared to what has been offered Overall wonderful stay and definitely recommend − The photos on booking showed the suit was a duplex sort of with inner stairs but we had 1 floor suite on the upper level
