+ Great location, friendly & helpful staff and great value. Good breakfast with a coffee machine. − Relatively small room and small elevator.

Prime location, next to transport hub, comfortable rooms. Will stay again. + Hotel location is prime; just next to the transportation hub which has strolling access to the MRT, LRT, local and airport trains. Bluebird taxis are readily available curb side. Easy location for Grab bookings and drop offs. Walkable to Grand Indonesia. Room is comfortable and has all the required amenities. Lobby staff was very attentive to requests. − The hotel is undergoing refurbishment. Housekeeping could be more thorough, had to request a do-over which was promptly attended to.

A hotel centrally located you can go anywhere to in Jakarta and beyond. + Comfortable enough hotel but its best feature is the location. Particularly in regards to getting around. If you're ok about taking local trains you get just about anywhere with LRT, rail to the airport, and MRT all within quick walking distance. Also lots of food places to try out. The roof top bar and restaurant is a great feature with sweeping views of the city. − The hotel is just undergoing some improvements but I didn't feel it was much of a disturbance. The beds are a bit short but fortunately, I'm not that tall. I would like to see an upgrade on the bedding.
