Viel tegen, zou het niet aan andere aanbevelen. + Ontbijt oké, wel erg gereguleerd, zoals alles in dit hotel! Kamer was in orde, stijlvol ingericht. − Flexibiliteit, butler erg opdringerig, vakantiegevoel was ver heen, moest bijna met agenda.

Unbelievable experience. Fabulous facilities and wonderful stuff. Indonesias best kept secret. + Everything. The staff, the view, the facilities, the rooms are unbelievable. The hotel is at the high end of hotels and is something you would expect to find in Europe. − Nothing.

+ Tutto, non è possibile trovare un difetto alla struttura. Personale gentilissimo, accogliente, cordiale e professionale, il design della struttura ( camere, spazi comuni, spa) e spettacolare. I ristoranti sono di livello eccellente. Non capita spesso di trovare un albergo dove darei 10+++ a tutto. Un grazie speciale al nostro butler Wahyu che riusciva ad anticipare ogni nostro desiderio o necessità. − Non ha neanche un minimo difetto, tutto è perfetto.

A dream destination in a dream island + I think it is one of the best places/hotel's I've ever been, and i have travelled quite a lot, both alone and with Family. The facilities and the staff have been beyond extraordinary. − Nothing, really.

Raté pour du luxe , une catastrophe + La qualité exceptionnelle du personnel et la chambre − Tous le reste : les morceaux de verres qui traîner sur la plage de l’hôtel et dans la mer ( ouverture de l’orteil en 3 coupures franche le 1 er jour), une plage jamais ratissé, on voyait de temps un membre du staf ramasser à la main pendant 5 minutes quelques ordures qui traînaient et flotter dans l’eau. Un piscine trouble et fermé le 3 jours pour maintenance pendant 2 jours à la réouverture piscine toujours aussi trouble et manque de chaise longue. La restauration au Leros, le restaurant principal, cuisine sans saveur sans intérêt sur beaucoup de plat à la carte … dessert catastrophique… le petit déjeuner est bien . Flacon de bain usé dans la salle de bain luxueux !!!!. Nous pensions réellement être dans un resort de luxe , comme ils le prétendent, mais la surprise fut que nous étions dans un hôtel populaire à petit prix …

Relaxing and fantastic + Facilities second to none and staff were amazingly friendly. Whatever you needed they provided in quick pace. They even gave us after sun when we burned to a crisp!

Truly Special Ta'aktana + The quality of service was exceptional! The warm welcome and genuine smiles were truly heartwarming. At breakfast, dinner or simply lounging..... when the staff served, they served with genuine warmth. We felt we were home..... − Nothing that we did not like....maybe not the best beach, but there was so much, much more to enjoy and love, we did not mind this.
