+ 주변에 가볼만한곳이 굉장히 많아요! 숙소에서 오래 걸리지 않아서 위치도 너무 좋고 숙소도 너무 좋았어요~ 아기가 있으니 룸도 업그레이드 해주셔서 편안하게 잘 이용했습니다ㅎㅎ 조식도 훌룡해요👍👍 − 없음

ห้องกว้างเสียงเด็กวิ่งจากห้องชั่นบนแบบตึกเก่า + ห้องกว้างโดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ส่วนกลาง − ถ้าไม่มีรถยนต์อย่ามาพักคุณต้องรับคีย์การ์ดห่างไปจากที่พัก 2-3 กิโลเมตร และยังต้องนำคีย์การ์ดกับบัตรเครดิตที่ประกันค่าห้องไว้กลับไปที่ล๊อบบี้

Nice! Children loved it + The unit was perfect, very comfortable and clean, staff were attentive and helpful. − The pictures posted made it seem like the facilities were all within walking distance but in reality, will need a short drive to reach the main theme park and shopping area. If I do not need a big family space, I will prefer to stay at a place where the shopping and theme park is and getting 2 hotel rooms instead within the shopping area.

Family of four (4 night stay) + Spacious three bedroom apartment which weas clean, modern and quiet. Handy to have two bathrooms and a washing/dryer machine. Alot of restaurant and bar options within a 7-10 min walk (one in the hotel, which is an excellent Chinese restaurant) in the nearby shopping mall/theme park zone. Staff spoke enough English to resolve some small travel challenges for us with taxis which was much appreciated; while we intended to hire a car it did not work out so used taxis instead (uber mainly) which was fine since distances (ie. Hallasam Mountain, Seogwipo, Waterfalls, Hallim Park) were all within 30 minutes and cost is not that much for taxis. Hotel arranged for us to have a taxi for a full day trip to the East Coast which was great (Haenyo performance and Sunset Crater were highlights) for 250,000 KRW. A good family stay, but could really be better with some initiative on the party of the property. + Room size was great. Service good. Emails answered promptly. − 1. For tourists who dont speak Korean, the property could not help book any restaurants unless it was their restaurant. 2. Towels were not changed daily since housekeeping is not daily. 3. We had a party of 6, I reminded them multiple times about providing towels for everyone. I had to continue reminding each time it was time for change. 4. The property had no cot available. They did not offer a futon instead. Instead I was made to pay for a daily futon. 5. The property is quiet but far from many things. Luckily there were a couple of convenience stores around.
