Convenient and comfortable stay + It’s very spacious and within walking distance to Busan station via overhead bridge. with this price we loved having an awesome view and such a big place, especially the washing machine and styler. − Only thing is that we can’t dispose of garbage ourselves and it kind of smells, also especially if you have to walk past the garbage disposal before reaching your unit .

Exklusive experience and best location for traveling with public transport. + As a 3 people family we‘ve booked the appartement for 5 nights. We‘ve enjoyed the exclusive size and location. − Checkin was a bit difficult as there are no clear informations how to enter the apt. if you arrive via skywalk from the train station. Also it took some time until we‘ve understood the controls of the technical equipment as we can‘t understand korean.

Need more instructions but nice space + Space available − Difficulty finding the place - there was very little instruction and we got lost All instructions in apartment was mostly in Korean so we had trouble sorting out lights heating etc at first.

Nicely furnished with fabulous location + Nice property. great location, nice amenities, and friendly staff. − I’ve stayed there numerous times over the last 4 years. My biggest complaint is they’re very stingy with coffee and towels. They gave us 2 coffee pods for a 4 night stay. Luckily my friend speaks Korean and got the point across. It sounded like he initially received resistance. They then quickly responded to our room with adequate supplies.

Good stay with great views of Busan Port + Great view. Very clean. Good instructions given on how to check in - very complex check in but once we had done it, it made sense and was straight forward after that. Appreciated the step by step photos showing of how to get to the apartment from Busan KTX Station, sent via email on the morning of check in day. Very responsive online staff when we had a question about how to use the entrance door to get into the apartment building. Comfortable firm bed. Basic kitchen utensils and cooking pot/pan available. Very secure apartment and building. − A 10 - 15min walk to the shops and restaurants near Busan Station. There was a convenience store close by. Major building works going on right next to the apartment. Some noise heard despite triple glazing on the windows. Would depend which apartment building (A or B) you were staying in and which way your apartment faced. No emptying of trash for the 5 nights were were staying there (can pay extra to …

Very nice apartment + The apartment is very nice and roomy. I love the storage room after room checkout − The gate key to get into the building never worked for us. We had to follow residents to get in... I think the air conditioning should be left on before arrival. It's hot summer day. It took us at least 10 minutes to figure out the temperature control and it was suffocating. The Wifi somehow only allowed 2 people to connect. If there are number limits, it should be explicit. I wish the storage information was provided earlier than guessing. We tried to get to the floor to ensure accessibility. We did not know which one as everything is written in Korean. The code provided earlier did not work. We suspect the storage area was locked out after late hours. I think it's best to list out this type of information clearly than waiting last-minute to provide all the details

+ 落地窗看得到窗外夜景 房間數符合家庭所需 還有提供電子衣櫃 大沙發真的非常舒服 不管是帶外食或要煮簡單料理 廚房設備也大致都能滿足需求 冰箱超夠用 住上一週 基本上都可以在飯店內滿足吃的需求了 兩個家庭住在這裡 有兩套衛浴 不會互相干擾 基本上 是個景超美的住處 加上走空橋過去就是釜山站 交通上方便 − 房內沒有提供水 但樓下有CU 採買還算方便
