Great location. + Great location with lots of food options and close to metro and Lotte department store. Staff were very friendly. − Unfortunately the toilet wasn't clean and our sheets had stains on it.

It was as expected from 3 star stay. + I liked that the staff was friendly end very helpful. Originally we booked deluxe king size bed room but we asked for twin room. Staff told us that its downgrade in terms of rooms and we accepted it. The room was bigger than I expected. − I didnt expect that the sink will be in corridor instead of bathroom or restroom. It was hard to find socket where to charge my phone. They did had different phone chargers built on the wall but they were slow charging.

It has great potential with fantastic staff + The staff were very accommodating, helpful and understanding. The location is very convenient and close to the subway. . − It looks and feels the hotel hasn't finished renovating. Some areas seem to be freshly renovated and some areas are not.

A fuir + La literie : propre avec house plastique donc pas de risque de punaise − - la rue est sale . - chambre: le lavabo est dans la chambre devant un lit: le robinet n est pas aligné avec la vasque, donc l eau coule a côté et inonde la chambre. - la porte des WC ne ferme pas. - une serviette pour 3 , le reste était des essuis mains. La baignoire posée de travers donc dès qu il y a de l'eau sur les bords, ça coule.... Propreté douteuse du sol et sur les meubles. - mauvaise odeur dans le hall et partout... - petit déjeuner: autant s en passer: petits pains et sandwich congelés réchauffés au micro onde par le personnel non aimable. --> absolument pas 3* ..mensonger de booking. Ne mérite même pas une *

Great location and some nicely thought amenities. + They have a free breakfast, which is basic but good if you want sustenance. I was happy just getting a coffee before heading out. The room was huge and had great details like a YouTube ready TV, multiple cord jacks for recharging any device. The secret weapon was a back entrance that takes you right to the parking/back entrance to Lotte. − The floors can be slippery when using the shower, so be cautious. The location is ideal, but also in the middle of the night scene. So be prepared for noise if you prefer an early sleep.

+ Good location. Lots of restaurants and cafe surrounding. Lottery mall just behind the hotel. Receptionist is helpful. − No proper towel, they provide hand towel instead of bath towel. So suggest to bring your own towel.

+ Hôtel super, le personnel accueillant, souriant, toujours disponible pour nous. La chambre correcte avec douche et jacuzzi. Je recommande fortement cet endroit − Le lit et l'oreiller sont bien trop durs à mon goût, j'ai eu du mal à dormir à cause de ces raisons.
