+ 생각보다 정갈하고, 깔끔. 주차장편의성이 돋보임. 가성비좋은 호텔. 조식을 안먹고 대신 bbq런치를 프로모션하는것같아 런치를 먹었는데 맛있었음. 금액대비 가성비 진짜 굿!! 안산에서 런치약속잡는다면 추천할정도! − 일때문에 늦은 체크인을 했는데 레스토랑을 이용하려했더니 저녁은 안한다고ㅜ 하다못해 호텔 내의 카페도 일찍 문닫음.. 직원들 약간. 뚱한..반응..뭘 물어보면 딱 그 부분만 답변.. 친절하게 여러가지 알려주려는 노력이나 인상이 아예 없음..

가성비 숙박을 위한 숙소로 적합하고 한적해서 좋네요 + 직원분들이 친절하고 표정이 밝아요 − 에어컨에서 소리가 나고 침대가 너무 흔들거립니다. 마운틴뷰엿는데 코너를 주셔서 절반은 도로가 보였어요

strong odour in rooms, horrible communication − We noticed a strong chemical odour the moment we entered our room. We tried airing out the room, but unfortunately that did not work, so we contacted reception and were offered an identical room as replacement; it had the exact same issue. At this point we made the decision to urgently book alternative accommodation, as the odour was already causing headaches, and left the hotel, fully expecting a full refund, seeing as this was a health and safety issue and the requested service was not provided. Communicating with the hotel after this was impossibly frustrating: they kept claiming we did things that we did not do, they dragged out their responses, they refused to consider any refunds, they couldn't even honor the solutions they themselves offered. To this date, the property has declined all requests for a full or partial refund. We ended up contacting Korea Tourist Organisation with a complaint, and they informed us that a sa…

Super Hotel in der Nähe von Ansan + Frühstück super, koreanisch und europäisch, sehr nettes Personal, sauber, Laundry Service mit Waschmaschine und Trockner vorhanden, Nähe Metro, ansonsten Lage im Buisness Destrict, wenig Restaurants oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Aber in 10min ist man in Ansan mit Taxi oder Bus.

+ 안산에 호캉스 할수있는 편안한 곳을 찾았는데 시설도 그렇고 괜찮았어요 그리고 방음도 잘된거같아요 꿀잠 잤어요 − 아쉬운점은 너무 외져서 술마시러 시내? 번화가쪽으로 가려니까 택시자체가 안잡혀서 좀 빢쳤고 헬스 할겸 간건데 당일에 헬스장안된다는 안내 받아서 짜증났어요 그리고 조식은 예전 후기에 보던거랑 똑같아서 다양하게 좀 있음 좋겠어요 아님 차라리 코스로 나오던가 생각보다 먹을게 없었음 조식이 좋았다면 호캉스는 조식이 꽃이란걸 알기에 홍보가 많이 될듯하네요 그리고 객실 티비가 너무 작고 옛날 티비라 답답했어요
