+ Spectacular view of the ski mountains from the mountain view suite room. Spacious suite room and toilet/shower area. Good breakfast and a good variety. − The safety chain on our room's door was broken upon our arrival. Although we immediately reported this issue to the housekeeping staff, it remained unfixed for the duration of our 5-day stay, compromising our sense of security. The hotel has adopted a sustainability initiative where room cleaning is scheduled every three days. However, the policy for towel replacement was unclear. We had to personally request fresh towels from housekeeping staff, as they were not proactively changed.

Not my expectation + Outdoor valet provided is great. Room is spacious. Next to Ski house and ski school. − Facilities are not updated. F and B is limited. Humidity is insufficient in room especially in winter period. No airport transfer or shuttle service provided. Breakfast buffet everyday is the same variety.

Disappointed - won’t return again. + Great view of the slopes so we stayed here again because we loved it end of 2024 but it’s not the same. No restaurant or service or atmosphere downstairs any more - zero apres ski! Room was poorly cleaned - no sugar, shower gel, spoon replaced after room cleaning (only every 3rd day anyway) and mugs / glasses not washed up. Had to clean room ourselves! Very disappointing when paying top dollar for a room! − As above.

+ It is located right in front of the ski field, so it is very convenient to access the slopes.. − Unfortunately, the evening buffet option is no longer available, which was disappointing. Another disappointing aspect is that the hotel does not provide daily cleaning service; guests need to request this.

Nice hotel but limited facilities + Really nice ski storage room in the hotel and proximity to slopes are the best things about this hotel. − The hotel itself is decent, but overall the experience was disappointing due to several small but important issues. Not all staff speak English, which made communication difficult, and the place feels more suited for local visitors rather than international tourists. There is no daily room cleaning, which was unexpected. The resort area itself is quite limited and the only 2 restaurants close very early (from 8.30pm you can’t order food anymore), the hotel buffet is overpriced, and there are almost no facilities in the hotel. There are no proper bar or sports massage options like in European ski hotels, and no places nearby to relax in the evening, even for something simple like a cup of tea. Overall, despite the hotel being fine, these factors significantly affected the experience.

An absolute snowy treat! + LOVED our 3 night stay here! We upgraded to a room with a view over the slopes, costs extra but totally worth it. Hotel has a storage room for your ski gear which is heavenly after hours on the slopes, and a microwave in the common area to heat meals up so you don’t have to buy restaurant food every day. However don’t skip on the buffet breakfast - delicious, lovely views and the coffee was the best we had in all of Korea. Unreal. Go early to avoid queues. − Wish there was a larger kitchen area but a microwave is better than none!

Ok for a night + The view − We came here only to use the onchen and were told at checkin it opens at 6. At 6 it was closed. Really annoying and disappointing as the photos of the sauna onsen is what made me book it. Massive let down.
