Great location but service mindedness could be better + Location was excellent for us and our plans to visit the south of the island. − Staff was not customer oriented (we had to leave early in the morning of our last day, 15 minutes before the opening of the restaurant for breakfast) and, although we asked, we didn’t even get a croissant or fruit.

Vackert läge vid havet + Ligger vackert och fin pool − Personalen talar inte engelska nått vidare i receptionen städas bra vardags städ men stånk på väggar sängkarm och hår på madrasser drar ner ordentligt

+ 아침식사 맛있었고 근처에 식당들이 많이 있어서 좋았어요 수영장도 넓고 좋았어요 ^^ 수영후에 사우나가 정말 만족스러웠습니다 ! − 사우나 이용당시 라커룸 이용에 대한 설명이 조금 부족한것같아요 이해하기 쉽게 설명서가 벽에 크게 붙어있으면 좋겠습니다 처음에 초기비밀번호가 0000으로 설정이 된줄 몰라서 잠긴후에 조금 당황스러웠어요

+ Самый лучший отель!!! Все было идеально, персонал отзывчивый. Номер просторный и чистый. Интернет летает. На завтрак не ходили, а вот в ресторане просто кушали. Порции большие и вкусные. Бассейн отличный и вид огонь! − Такого не было!

Excellent structure except for... − On a 4 star hotel guest shouldn't wait for having breakfast due to a packed room, especially when some outside table are available to be seated to. And staff is not able to speak English properly.

Parfait hôtel en bord de mer + Superbe hôtel en bord de mer, vue mer. Chambres spacieuses avec balcon pour certaines, notamment dans le bâtiment principal. La piscine est grande et propre. Tout est très propre. Piscine intérieure et sauna très agréables. Le village est charmant avec ses haenyeo, ses roches volcaniques, et son sentier qui longe la mer. A proximité de la ville de Seogwipo. Parfait pour un séjour balnéaire.

+ Hotel und Anlage war sehr schön und sauber. Der Zimmer ist zwar sehr groß und modern, das Bad ist aber etwa in den Jahren gekommen. Viele Pools inklusive Hot Tub! Frühstück war super, mega viel Auswahl und lecker!! Abendessen im Hotel Restaurant auch zu empfehlen

+ Красивое расположение, чистые номера, магазинчик в подвале, бесплатная парковка, на телевизоре есть Ютуб🤭 − Жёсткие матрасы, свет выключается только с одной кровати, не очень вежливый персонал на ресепшн (мы спросили где можно заказать еду из меню из бассейна, и ответили, что они не знают и этим не занимаются), у бассейна есть меню, но нет персонала кто занимается заказами. Бассейн работает до 20, но в 19:30 они начинают все складывать, как будто выгоняют тебя.

Buen resort en Jeju pero con el servicio muy justo + Las Instalaciones , en especial la piscina, con vistas al mar. También había piscina interior por si llueve , aunque nosotros no la usamos. La comida también era de calidad y ofrecían bastante variedad. − No hay ningún bar para tomar algo por la noche. Hay un roof top y una terraza pero sin bar habilitado y pasadas las 21:30 no te dejan pedir ni una copa de vino. Lo que menos me gustó fue el trato del personal , muy poco predispuestos a ayudar al cliente, peticiones como leche vegetal caliente en el buffet eran un NO rotundo. No nos dejaron encender una vela de cumpleaños dentro del restaurante. Tampoco me gustó que me cobraran incluso antes de traer la comida , y eso que estábamos alojados en el hotel y tenían una tarjeta como garantía. Solo se salvaba una chica muy amable del restaurante por la noche , creo que se llamaba Aylin.

+ Oceniam hotel bardzo dobrze. Jak dotychczas najlepiej w Korei. Są dwie części hotelu - stara i nowa. Obie bez zarzutu. Można powiedzieć iż starsza cześć jest nawet lepsza pod kontem pokoi i ich funkcjonalności + balkony. Przepiękny widok na ocean i kutry pływające. Cztery baseny zewnętrzne + jeden basen wewnętrzny. Koreańska strefa odnowy - polecam - nie spotkałem się jeszcze z miejscem na odnowę fryzury i nie tylko. Pozytywne zaskoczenie. Śniadania i desery wyśmienite. Pochwały dla kucharza/y. Obsługa profesjonalna. Trzy parkingi. Jak jest komplet to wszystko zajęte. Tarasy na dachu. Siłownia. Polecam.

Un endroit idéal pour découvrir l’île + Un établissement avec une vue imprenable sur la côte sud de l’île ! Juste sublime ! Jeju requiert une voiture pour visiter l’île et la proximité de Segwipo et de pas mal de centres d’intérêt en font un lieu idéal ! Piscine sympa, restaurant très correct, petit déjeuner très bon ! Salle de gym bien équipée avec une vue !! Bref à refaire − Peut être la propreté des chambres et les salles de bain un peu vieillottes
