+ 海雲台駅の目の前で地下鉄で移動しても楽でした。 駅前なのでタクシーも拾いやすい。 １Ｆにはコンビニとスタバがあり便利でした。 メイン通りにホテルがあるため、周りに店が多く困る事もなく、また夜間の帰宅も周りに店や灯りがあるので安心して歩ける。 パラダイスカジノまでは１０分程度歩かなければいけないが、街や店を散策できて良かった。

+ Overall the stay was good. Bathroom was clean! The location is close to many attractions and restaurants. Easy access to transportation. My only complaint is that the bedding and towels were so worn out and changed color to grayish! And the shelves were full of dust.

+ The large tour groups that arrive and depart make using the elevators a nightmare! The room was not as clean and modern as the room I stayed in 5 years ago. The stupidest thing I encountered in the room was the room safe. It was located on the floor! This means every time I needed to add or remove something meant laying down on the floor! Crazy! Overall, I would NOT recommend staying at this property.

좋은 위치, 3성급으로 느껴지는 호텔 + 해운대 main street인 구남로에 위치해있고 해운대역과도 인접해있어 위치는 좋습니다. 다만 하운대역 도로에서 새벽까지 오토바이 소음이 들리고 암막커튼이 아니라 아침 햇빛때문에 숙면을 취하지 못했습니다. 소음에 예민한 편이라 조용한 객실을 요청했는데 비교적 고층이었음에도 도로 소음은 잘 방음이 되지 않는듯 합니다. 객실 사이즈도 생각보다 너무 작았고 옷장이 있는 복도 쪽 전구도 작동이 되지 않아 어두웠습니다. 4성급 호텔이라고 되어있지만 리셉션에서 컨시어지 서비스 (간단한 물건을 객실로 올려주는 등)도 제공이 되지 않았고 전반적 환경도 3성급으로 느껴졌습니다. 직원분들은 친절하고 잘 응대했습니다.

Tired property + This hotel is way past its prime. Carpets are soiled and threadbare, hallways reek of cleaning solution, lights are so dim you can barely see yourself, and staff is rigidly disinterested in the clients. We would never stay there again.

+ Perfect location for first time in Busan, easy access to dining options, Haeundae beach and market. The only thing we disliked was that the AC stops working at 7pm due to early spring timing so we were boiling in the room at night.
