+ otelin konumu ve servis anlayışını sevdim. − Deniz manzası olan odalar vardı ancak bize 3 kat gibi hemen giriş katında olan oda verildi. Ayrıca Booking üzerinden yapılan rezervasyonlar otelin sadakat programına yansımıyormuş bunu hem booking sitesinde hem de firmanın kendi sitesinde net olarak görmedik.

Better than a 5 star hotel stay I’ve had. + Amazing location right on the beach, room had a beautiful ocean view, the bed was very comfortable, all of the staff were truly exceptional from the receptionist to the maid and chef. − I wish they had Smart TVs with Netflix.

It was beautiful and wonderful place to stay. + Nice modern and spacious. I loved the open bathroom space. It also had a water filter so we didn’t need to buy so many bottles of water. Room service was quick. Very clean. Front ocean views and close to convenience stores and restaurants. − Just a recommendation to put a place where people can wash their feet from coming from the beach so then we don’t carry the sand in the building.

A fabulous stay in Songdo Beach + We accidentally started our stay at the Fairfield in Haeundae Beach and the parking and front desk team were quite unfriendly. The Fairfield at Songdo Beach was the complete opposite. The parking attendant was friendly and the entire front desk team was kind and generous. We booked two rooms under two different reservations, but they were able to put us right next to each other. As gold and platinum elite members, they provided an extra comforter for the spacious couch. A special shout-out to Logan Park, Peter Jang, and Cedric Kim who helped us secure taxis, procure extra slippers, and save money for the Songdo cable car. In addition, they always had a smile on their faces. The rooms were super clean and the view of the beach and cable cars was beautiful. The housekeeping staff was polite and did an excellent job. Best of all - the property is a great value and RIGHT on the beach and walkable to cafes, bakeries, pharmacies and so many restaurants. I …

Beautiful View over the Beach + Spent 3 nights at this property and after nearly a month in S.Korea this hotel had the best view. However as a BonVoy Platinum Elite I was let down by the fact that in Japan and S. Korea they don't provide Breakfast complimentary as they do just about everywhere else in the world. I get that the FairField is a more budget friendly brand for Marriott but at well over $200 ! Night, I think they could return the privilege to those that spend 50 plus nights in a Marriott. That just left a poor feeling with me. Rooms are fine, a bit on the smaller side but the big windows make up for it. Parking on site as a Platinum member was complementary. I did like they had a decent gym and laundry facilities on the 3rd floor. It does have a GS25 attached (convenience store for those new to S. Korea). Beach across the street is clean and beautiful. Overrall love the the area but probably would think hard about returning to the Fairfield when there is as nice and…

+ Lokalizacja hotelu jest bardzo dobra. Mniej zatłoczona plaża i bardzo zadbana. Spokój i cisza. Widok z pokoju jest idealny. Czysto i dobrze wyposażony. Personel bardzo pomocny i świetnie zorganizowany. Podczas naszego wczesnego wyjazdu z hotelu potrafili wykombinować nam jedzenie na drogę. Brak depozytu za pobyt w hotelu. − Śniadania były dobre, ale monotonne. Brakowało większej różnorodności. Na dachu można by się pokusić o jakieś ciekawe wydarzenia, ponieważ ta przestrzeń jest na chwilę obecną kiepsko wykorzystana.
