+ Hotel is exactly as described, so no surprises!! The location was a nice surprise, really good local restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. − Whilst it says it has a kitchen, it's fairly non-functional. Not enough cooking equipment to really cook.

Beautiful room, don’t recommend the attached restaurant. + The bed was super comfortable. Loved the sheets! And the room was luxurious and spacious. Also loved the Dodo cafe just 15min walk away. − We really did not enjoy eating at Narnia. The waiter was stand-off ish and the food was sparse.

It was very enjoyable and a great experience. + The private pool and jacuzzi was amazing ! The lobby also had free peppermint tea which was really nice. The location was serene and peaceful. − The property felt a bit old where the tiles outside were a bit uneven and the entrance door appeared rusty.

Quality did not meet expectations or what was advertised. + The staff was amazing and the villa had most items needed. The free laundry service was great. − The location was too secluded, which made it difficult to travel around the island. The facility was not updated and had a lot of little details that were not well kept (broken lamps, light not working, broken shades, rusting toilet, hair in bed, musty smell in the villa (we asked to move villas), and very limited food options. No view of the ocean as the website made us believe.

More like an unpleasant air bnb experience. A good thing we were out and about most days. + Its location is ok for Seogwipo-si - there is a convenience store nearby and a good black pork bbq which is walkable. View is ok. − The staff are extremely un-accommodating and not foreigner-friendly. It could have been a language issue, but everything we requested was met with a firm “no”. Examples are a request to have in-room breakfast as I was on a crutch and going to breakfast required climbing up rocky steps with no bannisters. (The property is not mobility friendly). It was also a milestone birthday for 2 of us and when we asked if anything special could be done (other properties do small commemorative things) - it was “no”. We also had to remind them to top up basic amenities like water, and the layout of the twin room was strange with the toilet almost in the kitchenette. There was also a booking misunderstanding with breakfast inclusion and that basically stated it was a booking.com i…

+ Calme, très agréable. Les essentiels d’un hôtel sont la, le lit est très grand et confort, avec une terrasse face à soi. J’ai adoré mon séjour dans un style bien différent du type resort.

Do not stay here + They have Dyson hair dryer. − For the villa, It doesn’t look like the photo, the room is so small, there’s no room for hanging your clothes properly. Things are worn out. Mosquitoes are everywhere inside the property, got 5 sting within 5 mins. The washroom smells funky and it is so small, the shower water takes very long to get hot, the water pressure is not potent as well. Breakfast was mediocre, in general couldn’t seen much staff around, hotel policy is not flexible, do not have a good hospitality mind set. Not worth the money, not too sure where’s the five stars from.
