Nice hotel in a great location. + Location was great − Really busy and not as high tech as Seoul and Busan hotels at similar price points. A little bit dated.

素敵な旅になりました + お部屋も快適で清潔。日本語がわかるスタッフもいるので安心。タオルがないとかトラブルもありましたが、すぐ持ってきてくれたり、対応はとても親切でした。アクセスも良いし、安心して泊まれる良いホテル。 − 3人での宿泊と言っていたのに、バスタオルやお水が2日連続問い合わせないともらえなかった。コンシェルジュの方に伝えたから翌日はちゃんと三人分届いてました。

애견인으로서 아쉬운점 + 애견 동반 가능한 5성급 호텔 − 애견동반은 숙박은 가능한데, 식사를 같이 할 수 있는 식당이 전무하다는 것은 좀 아쉽습니다. 또한 객실 복도에서 냄새가 아무리 애견동반 가능 호텔 이라지만 좀 심하게 납니다.

Nice surprise and great experience + We had a great time in Maison Glad. We booked the hotel as part of our Jeju tour package and we did spent a bit more to upgrade to this hotel, but it was still much cheaper than upgrading to the Grand Hyatt, so I wasn't expecting too much. Honestly I was prepared to walk into a cheap 2-star level hotel. But Maison Glad really exceeded my expectation. The exterior and the service all feel welcoming and nice, and the design is almost comparable to a Courtyard or 4.5-star hotel. The rooms are nice and clean with modern amenities, and even though the room was advertised to be smaller (with a 1.5x2 meter bed, standard double-bed in China), it feels adequate for the stay, and you don't feel crammed inside, and you still get all the necessary space to walk around. Would definitely book again if we come back to Jeju.

+ 朝食がとっても美味しいかったです♪ − 朝食レストラン受けどき職員方電話の話で受けされませんで隣に別の職員も無視され私からご飯食べたいから入れてくださいって言って入りました。お部屋のルームキーを見せて下さいって言ってみせたら返すときも何にも言わずにテーブルの上置いて最後までわかりませんでした。 サービス職業でありえない事だっと思いますねー
