  Discriminatory & odd behavior from multiple staff members + Disclaimer: I usually leave reviews when positive, since I know how they can affect property business, however this stay warranted a negative review due to their admittedly discriminatory & odd behavior. I am a foreigner living in Seoul, however needed a place for 3 nights due to personal circumstances. I booked here due to its price and location, and didn’t expect any issues to arise. In 24 hours, I had two very small asks of the staff, which resulted in horrible response. 1. A bit of soy milk for my morning coffee due to being lactose intolerant. Asked at the coffee bar and was told they did not carry soy milk. I wanted to double check, so I asked Emily at the front desk, and she told me that no where in the hotel did they have soy milk, and to go purchase it myself at the local convenience store! This is a full service hotel…that had soy milk at breakfast that I saw with my own eyes. 2. To change the equivalent of …

  Best of both worlds: quiet and immaculate, plus a beautiful park while we explored much of Seoul. + Everything was lovely! The location was a tad out of the way if you want to explore popular tourist spots, but has plenty of nightlife, cafes, excellent restaurants, and the Botanic Park for a sufficiently rejuvenating stay. − The taxi rides out to other city spots were a little long, but I was already aware of this when I booked, so it was not a surprise. In fact, I almost forgot to mention that the subway station for Magongnaru is almost literally right next to the entrance to the hotel, so getting around by subway was 100% compensatory for the fact that the hotel was a little out of the way of major tourist hubs.
