Best hotel on our stay in Seoul + Location is on center seoul.. took about 20 min train ride or 15 min using taxi to Gangnam enter. The staff is very professional and courteous. I would single out checkin experience w LEO. He talked me about hotel policy.. do and don't ... Walk me through elevator part... explain breakfast package and room size. The room is at at least 3x from another stay near tourist area in Gwanghwamun. Once entering room... I am blown away by thoughtfulness of the room layout. I really enjoy this stay.... Plu is that hotel connected to mall

Would stay again if room has no bathtub + Location location location, the bakery on the 1st floor, the spa on the 2nd floor and the fitness centre definitely a wow! Also really love the pressure of the shower, very powerful👍 − That the bathtub was too high for the elderly to climb in to shower and the seepage from the glass door of the bathtub

Recommend this hotel!! + This is my fourth stay at this hotel, and it remains one of the best hotels I've stayed at in Korea. The location is excellent, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff are always kind and welcoming. I rarely write reviews, but Derrick was especially helpful and professional. He went above and beyond to accommodate my needs (with a big smile). His kindness and exceptional service made this stay more enjoyable.

They could do better. + Great location, friendly staff. − Very dissappointed on the breakfast. Such a big hotel and a breakfast prepared for few. Very little choice, they left empty trays quite long before adding new food. On Sunday there was almost nothing left an hour before closure... that is I think unacceptable for a hotel like this.
