+ We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite and it was very comfortable with plenty of storage space. Loved the washer and dryer in the room. − We had a late flight and I'd asked if we could use the shower facilities at the gym prior to going to the airport in the late evening and was told no, so we had a full day in Seoul and weren't able to freshen up prior to going to the airport, this was extremely disappointing.

+ The staff were very welcoming and professional. There is a big mall within walking distance. The room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view. Yongsan station makes every location in Seoul easily accessible.

MUST STAY! + Great location that’s right by the airport! I loved how they provided transportation service, making it convenient as possible. Once you step in, it’s like luxury! Hotel is so clean and the front seat are super friendly and can communicate effectively in English! You have to see/visit the hotel in person. Online pictures doesn’t do it justice! It’s very Grand indeed.

A Wonderful Stay – We’ll Definitely Be Back + We have stayed at the Grand Mercure Ambassador Yongsan twice, for more than seven days in total, and it has been an absolutely wonderful experience. It genuinely feels like a home away from home in Seoul. A special thank you to Kyle, Lena and Jeff, who made everything incredibly easy and were always ready to help with any aspect of our stay. And a very special thank you to Pauline, who went above and beyond to introduce us to Korean culture, share local insights and recommend fantastic restaurants. Her warmth and kindness made our experience even more special. The location is exceptional: just steps from a major station, directly next to a shopping mall with everything you could need, only one stop from the fish market and less than 15 minutes from the main central areas of Seoul.
