I’d come stay here again but I was frustrated from some inflexible staff members + Location. Room − Basic business facilities I needed an invoice from the hotel and I was met with a refusal to submit the price of the room, I understand this might be a choice due to the booking via this Chanel but the inflexibility is something I’ve never encountered in my life before

Great 4* boutique type hotel who cater for your needs with excellent food and caring staff. + Everything especially as my wife is coeliac and required gluten free meals and they catered for her every need . Very nice location and beautiful room. + Very good location, facility and lobby. They got iron in the room, which is very convenient for business trip people. − The front desk lady didn’t tell me the all drinks in the fridge are complimentary when I checked in. I only knew that when I checkout without taking any drinks.

Good short stay in a central Gangnam location + Good location 5 minutes walk from Sinsa subway station, easy to get to from Gimpo. Good location close to lots of restaurants etc and Dosan and Apgujeong etc and bus routes. Good sized room. Friendly and helpful staff.

A very good hotel, but if your main goal is exploring Seoul, choosing a hotel closer to the Myeong-Dong area may save yo + * Amazing breakfast: lots of variety, and omelettes are made upon request with ingredients that you can choose. * Very clean and modern room. * A minibar with a great selection of drinks that is refilled daily. − * The room is a bit small, but it is fine for one visitor. * The location is slightly away from the main tourist areas. It seems that most of the tourist activity is concentrated around Myeong-Dong, which is about a 30-minute subway ride away. However, the nearest subway station is only a 4-minute walk from the hotel.
