excellent hotel by the convention center + amazing room, comfortable, astounding views excellent breakfast − Reception people were not very helpful. eg. booking a massage took 20 minutes in one case. i had to really insist to get a receipt for my stay (reception staff told me i would get it in booking.com, but the latter said the hotel would give me. another 20 minutes wasted.

Loved it! + Nice rooms with good facilities, well maintained building and comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff. − Elevator waiting time - the lobby is at 36 fl. Huge line when there are conferences. Although this could pass as a premium property, this elevator waiting can compromise guest experience.

+ 송도 호수 공원이 내려다보이는 오크우드 프리미어 호텔은 가족과 와서 지내기 정말 좋은 곳입니다. 체크인 후 공원 주변을 산책하고 호수에서 달보트도 타며 즐겁게 보냈습니다. 직원분들 모두 친절하고 조식도 맛있었습니다. 다음에 인천에 오면 또 머무르고 싶은 호텔입니다.

+ 주변에 호수공원이 있고, 지하에 롯데마트도 있어서 머무르기 좋은 호텔이었습니다. 조식도 맛있고 호텔이 36층부터라 뷰도 좋았습니다. 다음에도 인천에 가면 다시 머물고 싶은 호텔입니다.

Perfect Incheon first night off the plane base. + Large room with great views and plenty of storage. Opposite a lovely park with dining options, very relaxing − Only stayed one night which was not long enough. Although hotel is some way away from central Incheon, it felt like a great first stop off the plane, walking around the area and dining locally before picking up a rental car the following day.
