Dissappointing for Marriott Bonvoy but GREAT location! + The only thing I would recommend about this hotel is the great location for seeing the sights and central for trains and buses. Despite an odd check-in experience which we attempted at 2 pm (check-in is usually 3 pm) which was not very friendly or informative our stay was uneventful. Apparently you are placed on a check-in queue but they don't update you so you juct have to keep checking at the desk. The bell staff were very helpful throughout our stay with directions and transportation information. It's an odd hotel layout with 2 buildings and underground. The rooms are small, a little outdated and had strange lighting fixtures. When we walked in we thought maybe we were on a risque movie set, so definitely not family friendly. As a Bonvoy Member I think I would stay at one of the other Marriott hotels next time.

Notaleg dvöl í alla staði og staðsetningin góð. Mæli með skoðunarferð í City Hall, sem er nálægt. + Mjög góð þjónusta í alla staði. − Ef ég mætti setja út á eitthvað þá eru herbergin í minna lagi en öll þægindi þó til staðar. Og eins og alls staðar, þá vantar snaga.

冬のソナタで使われたホテルに宿泊出来て幸せ♡ + 金浦国際空港からのアクセスも良く、市庁舎前という分かり易さもあり、安心してチェックイン出来ました。 翌日の一日ツアーのvoucherを忘れましたが、レセプションで印刷をしたくれたので助かりました。 − ありません。

Convenient hotel in quieter part of Myeong Dong + Walking distance to main Myeong Dong shopping district via underground, and minutes away from Lotte supermarket and department store. This hotel is in the quieter part of Myeong Dong with much less bustle from tourists. The hotel itself is quite dated, with compact rooms, even the suite had limited space. Good for short stays and if you prefer dark ambience. Rooms and bathrooms are kept clean, and they are what you see on website photos. The gym is 1 minute cross the road, with more than 20 weight machines, treadmills, cycles and massages. The hotel is also walking distance to Deoksugung Palace. Hotel staff are friendly with the reception fluent in English. Check in and out process is efficient.

Ottimo hotel a Seoul + Bell'hotel situato in una zona centrale e vicino sia alla metro sia a diversi punti di interesse a Seoul. Camere ampie e comode. La palestra è molto bella e bene attrezzata, si trova nel palazzo di fronte, si deve semplicemente attraversare la strada (con strisce pedonali), non è nulla di complicato.

Top Notch Plaza + What an AMAZING hotel, and STAFF!! Beyond clean. I had zero worries while staying here for my first ever trip to South Korea. I said it once, I’ll repeat it again. The US could learn so much from hospitality, professionalism, kindness, CLEANLINESS-this hotel was spotless. And the BREAKFAST!!!!! Chef’s kiss. Thank you, Plaza Seoul for a wonderful stay. I will be back.

Bon hotel + La centralité de l'hotel qui se trouve en plein city Hall, le calme, le personnel à disposition. Top − Chambre (suite première) un peu petite. Petit dejeuner un peu limité même si il est de qualité.
